They were very quick to respond and were also able to come over within an hour to fix my dishwasher that wasn't dispensing water. Andre was very prompt and professional, and knows what he's doing. I had a great experience and will absolutely call them again for any future needs.

Fuse was recommended to me by a friend and so I gave them a call after my Sub Zero freezer stopped working efficiently.

I spoke with Andre who quickly arranged a convenient appointment and came by. I thought it might need a top up of refrigerant, but that turned out not to be the case.
Before I bought the house, the previous owner had converted the freezer from an R12 system to an R134a System as is now required by law.

Unfortunately, they had put in the wrong compressor and they had not flushed the system which caused a blockage. Andre showed me all of this.

A quick inquiry to local appliance repair companies returned the same suggestion, that I gut and replace every component in the sealed system. The quotes ranged from $3000- $4000.

Andre suggested that we simply address the individual problems. On his first visit, he flushed out the sealed system which was full of sludge and lo and behold the freezer started working again!
He did suggest that we retrofit the correct compressor at a reasonable expense, which I was happy to do, and on his second visit, he retrofitted it. Evacuated the system and charged it correctly, and this is now working perfectly and will continue to do so for many years to come!

As a technical person myself, I very much appreciate skilled engineers who can understand, explain and fix a failing system rather than just ripping everything out and fitting parts.

I highly recommend Fuse and I highly recommend Andre, if you have an AC or appliance problem it will not hurt to at least give them a call!

Called for evaluation on a washing machine that was not working. Received an appointment for the next day. Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and presented us with all of our options. I would most certainly call this company for any future problems.

Andre came out to diagnose our refrigerator repair. We appreciate his honesty. The compressor was out and the parts were expensive. With the cost of parts and labor , we were better off getting a new fridge. Appreciate that he wore booties over his shoes. He was on time and professional. I would definitely recommend FUSE .

We hired FUSE HVAC to work on our dishwasher. Andre was our repairman. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem, work with our warranty company to get us a replacement and we are having him comeback to install the new dishwasher. We highly recommend him and would definitely use FUSE again.

Andre was wonderful! SO knowledgeable! Night and day difference from the fire company I had come out to look at my refrigerator. Andre took his time explaining everything to me. I was being deceived and misled by the previous HVAC company, which attempted to repair my HVAC but charged me hundreds of dollars instead without even doing a proper inspection, and the problem persisted. This was my second time using Fuse Service HVAC for a routine service. Abel was just as wonderful as Melvin --professional, friendly and honest. I have an older unit but was told it's in great shape and neither one of them saw a need to replace or do any large repairs outside standard service. It's nice when you don't feel like you're trying to be upsold.
