It was a pleasure to work with this company as they are quick to respond, especially on a Sunday where getting service the same day could be quite difficult. But lucky enough they were able to send out their HVAC tech Lorenzo. It was great working with Lorenzo as he is very skilled and knowledgeable with his line of work. He showed great customer service and explained in detail of what the issue was. With transparency, he was able to explain how he resolved the issue.

One of the dispatchers, Dabari, has such respectable customer service. He made sure to answer any questions I had and any concerns as well. Even made scheduling easy without hassle. From the front office to the guys in the field, I've been grateful to do business with Super Service!

I recently had Super Service Cooling, Heating and Plumbing come out to check my HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ranier, the technician who handled the service, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, was very courteous, and clearly explained what he was doing throughout the visit. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and professional these days! I have been dealing with some weird plumbing issues around my home. I am so happy that I found this company from their raving reviews, and all of them are true. They made me feel like family and helped with all my issues and answered any questions I had. Tiffiany is the best!! She worked with my schedule and got me in as soon as possible. I know I can truly trust them from start to finish.

I give 5 stars to Super Service Cooling. Technician Lorenzo Garcia did an initial inspection of my 6-yr old central heating system and found some issues, such as loose components, that needed corrective action. He quickly identified the problem(s) and took quick action to resolve those problems. Additionally, Lorenzo noted that the heating ducts in my house were quite dusty and he is coming back the day after tomorrow to clean the entire system. SSC has fair pricing and, in my opinion, are an honest and competent company. I should also note that previously, SSC had inspected my tankless water system and corrected a few issues that improved the operation of this system.

I recommend SSC to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing work, or just an inspection to make certain that these systems are in peak operating condition.

Just set up my service but I need to comment on that experience itself. Set it up online via a calendar with timeslots, then received and email confirmation with....wait for it... a calendar request! I love a calendar request. Then, Jessica sent me a text this morning to confirm and offer some info on their maintenance program. Called her, she was great. Haven't had the service yet but we are off to a great start. It's the little things.....

Luis provided our HVAC service today and he was great - thorough, efficient, personable, and communicated well. It’s a really nice touch to send a pic of who’s doing the service before arrival and it’s much appreciated. We feel like we have found a gem of a company.

Thank you, Super Service Cooling, for your prompt assistance! I was experiencing heating issues in my home on New Year’s Eve, and you responded swiftly. Luis B. arrived and took the necessary steps to identify the problem. He discovered that the gas line to the furnace was blocked and was able to fix it, getting everything back up and running. He also scheduled our overdue semi-annual maintenance service and did the PM. Overall received great service from scheduling to the PM services.

we’ve used them multiples times for our business and they try to provide the best service they can. all the techs we’ve worked with has been on time and always inform us with good manners. they are also willing to work with prices.

Super Service was a pleasure to work with. Took the time to throughly explain how the duct replacement would work and financing options. Everyone was exceptionally professional, from the office staff to the installers. Installation went smoothly and was completed as expected.

Mike and the Super Service team were excellent. They came out first thing in the morning when I called and gave me an estimate of Repair and gave me various options to choose from and then they came back to do the work and were very professional and kind and clean and personable. they did excellent work they installed my water here excellent

Had to have my hot water heater replaced. They were able to do it next day. It was quick and painless! They’ve done other services for me as well, highly recommend!

We've been a Home Care Plan customer of Super Service for about 2 years now. We had used two different companies (the two "biggest" names in town) prior to connecting with Super Service. It had become obvious that every visit by the other two had the intent of upselling or pushing replacement long before necessary (and at non-competitive prices). I gave Super Service a chance immediately after one of those two big companies simply could not help me during a legitimate emergency (after paying for their subscriber services for several years in the hopes that they would be there for me in the case of an emergency). I'm so glad I did! Both of the previous companies claimed I needed over $4,000 in repairs or to replace my furnace ASAP, a little over two years ago. Super Service came in and repaired the malfunctioning unit for under $400. Since then, they've taken great care of me and the furnace had run great until very recently. Unfortunately, we found out yesterday that we truly did need to replace our furnace (proven by clear photos of the issues by technician "Jeremy"). Our house has two furnaces, and since both units were the original "construction grade" furnaces that came with the house, we opted to swap them both out now. Not only did Super Service quote a lower replacement cost for a higher quality unit than what had been quoted by "the big guys" over two years ago, but they were able to perform the replacement TODAY! Technician Noel and his crew showed up at 8:00 AM sharp and were all done before noon. They covered their entire path from the entry door to the attic access with plastic or canvas, so nothing fell from the dirty old units onto the floor. They completely cleaned up after themselves and the only signs they were here were our rapidly heating home and that "new furnace" smell in the air.
I really couldn't be happier with a service company. Top notch service at a much lower price than what we were paying before. Keep it up, you guys!
