we had an obstruction in the p-joint that caused water to come bursting out of our kitchen sink on a Friday morning. Yelped and found SUPER Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. Was able to schedule a service tech that afternoon (which in itself was amazing!).
We were in a crunch because we were leaving out of town the next morning, and Michael came to our rescue @ 2pm as scheduled.
He told us the mission of their company (along with the long multi-generational story) and found our issue with the p-joint. Hardened potato starch cause a blockage which in turn cause pressure build up and the burst that morning.
He assessed, fixed, repaired the problem. Gave us suggestions, solutions and SUPERB service. Not only that, but he's really a super NICE guy.

We are seriously considering their membership program and would not hesitate to recommend these folks. They are not just SUPER, but AMAZING!

I would like to start this review with Mike who came out to give me an estimate on a tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable, honest and humble.Before he told me how many years of experience he had, I can tell after we spoke that he in fact had a lot of experience.I ended up hiring Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing.
They sent out Paxton and Jonathan.They both started the job and Mike joined them later. They all worked hard and great as a team. They did a clean job and tested everything. All came out great! I commend and appreciate there hard work and cleanliness. I am happy with the work and look forward to using them as my maintenance company.

I had a great plumbing experience from start to finish. Dabari was very kind and helpful on the phone helping me set up the appointment and following up after to make sure everything went smoothly. Jonathan was my plumber, he was punctual, respectful of me and my home, and very thorough checking every water fixture abs emergency valve for leaks and proper operation. He flushed my water heater and gave me detailed explanations of everything going on in my home. He did a great job and is very trustworthy, as is the rest of the Super Service team!

Our AC and heater units were 22 years old and unfortunately we needed to replace both but we are so grateful that Super Service took great care of us. Lorenzo diagnosed the problems we were having and explained clearly the steps we needed to take as well as alternatives in order for us to make our decision. The installation was flawless. Angel, Louis and Owen did a fantastic job! Professional, friendly and answered all our questions. When the entire inside/outside job was complete it was as though they weren’t even here. They cleaned, wiped up and vacuumed! We feel we paid a fair price and both systems work beautifully! Louis even followed up the next day. Outstanding performance and we highly recommend!

The installation team of Noel and Angel were equally impressive. They did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system and they left the work area cleaner than when they started. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and worked efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail. The system looks great and runs perfectly. They even took a look at my outdoor garden spigot which was leaking and walked me through how to fix it which was super easy and saved me a lot of money!

During delivery of the new system, there was minor damage to my neighbor’s home. What truly impressed me was how the company handled it. They took full responsibility and had everything repaired the very next day without hesitation or issue. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you want things done right the first time call The Cooling Company. The owner has always shown up to supervise the work, they are always polite, clean, respectful and on time if not early. They make sure the job is done right and have had my back when my previous company failed on so many levels. These are stand up guys that care about the quality of work and customer service.

I cannot say enough about the cooling company 5 stars also the packages they have for your yearly maintenance on heating and cooling are the best, they will also call you when you are due for maintenance so you do not have to remember to make an appointment. Their employees are also loyal to their company. If I could rate them 10 I would. Cooling Company did an outstanding job installing our new A/C unit. Wellington and his team were very knowledgeable. Great price on the unit came in less than their competitor. Justin Chavez was the technician that worked on the job was very professional. Would recommend Cooling company to everyone.

Our Tech Justin did a great job! He spent time looking at everything that could be wrong with they system and talked me through what he thought was wrong as he went. He gave me options as far as what we could try to do to fix it and let me know the risks involved in each option so that I could make a good decision. In the end he managed to do a small fix that got the whole thing up and running again, many other techs would have just told me it was broken and that it needed to be replaced. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience with the cooling company. Justin Chavez arrived right on time and was polite and communicative about fixing my AC. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and the solution in writing before he worked quickly but not rushed. I really appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. My AC is working great and I've already committed to having them check my heating system this fall. Plus I got a fast response on an early Sunday summer morning. Thank you. A+.

Had no run issue at 6:30 pm. Called and they were able to send a tech who arrived in less than an hour. The tech was early and very good. Had the fused disconnect on the truck had the unit running quickly. Woke up feeling cold this morning. My thanks to Edgar and The Cooling Company.

AC failing 1/2 the time. Called Cooling Co. Edgar was on site in a couple of hours. Spent over an hour checking out the system and determined the problem was low refrigerant. Added 1 pound --everything has been working as new.

Justin is awesome! He is the best HVAC technician! Very detail-oriented and interested in providing the best customer service! We have had the Cooling Company for 12 years now and they are very solid year in and year out!

When considering replacing two working 20 yr. old HVAC air conditioners this coming fall, we called several AC companies for quotes. When we contacted the Cooling Company, Ray was very proactive in setting up an appointment to look at our current system and give us some quotes. He explained the Forbes magazine rating of the major AC units and showed us how the Lennox system was the top rated one in efficiency. He was professional, timely, and thorough in explaining the various systems available with the pros and cons of each system for our home. Although we didn’t intend to replace our current air conditioners in the heat of summer, Ray explained that since our 20 yr. old systems were working inefficiently, it would save energy costs by getting the Lennox more efficient systems working sooner, rather than later. He worked to get us any discounts that were available and set up the installation at our earliest available date.

The installation team worked quickly and efficiently to get both a 4 ton and a 3 ton air-conditioner and the heat furnaces installed along with the new touch screen smart thermostats. Justin was especially helpful in explaining how to use the touchscreen and all of the information it provides. Everyone on the team worked well together and fixed an issue very promptly. The salesman, the office receptionists, the installation team and
technicians were all exceptional at their jobs. The 10-year warranty on Labor and Parts was another great selling point. We recommend others to schedule an appointment with The Cooling Company! Ed & Jo

Always have great service from the Cooling Company. The technicians are qualified, thorough and explained everything they did. I had new Lennox ac units installed a year ago and love the new units. I have no issues with the installation or continued service. Great product and a well run company in support.
