There plumbers are not Commission plumbers!! Meaning their paycheck doesn't depend on the amount of the invoice. These guys pay the plumbers hourly so they don't sell you stuff u don't need

These guys save my butt! Had a water leak happen the week of thanksgiving. They were already slammed but they scrambled and were still able to fit me in the next day! Reasonably priced, very willing, and helpful.

Repaired a faulty brand new tub diverter which was leaking in the wall. Tech identified the issue, resolved it and went above and beyond by helping me pull up the wet carpet in the adjoining room. Job well done!

Nick and Randy came into our property after several failed attempts to fix our a/c. They were kind, courteous, and most importantly - efficient. Our refrigerant had a leak, the wiring was messed up, and there were all sorts of issues but these guys fixed them all within just a couple hours. Thank you guys a lot!

My appt was between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, they called me at 9:00am wanting to know if it was okay to send them out within the next 30 minutes. Yes! It's okay. Todd and Aaryn were the best, very friendly and professional. Installed bathroom faucets and garbage disposal.

In March 2021 I called JMac, Aloha, and Goetll for an estimate on a new AC installation. Back then I knew what kind of AC I needed and I knew that there were 14, 15, and 16 seer systems. 16 was was the most energy efficient but more expensive. I was transitioning from a 30 yr old AC and I was money conscious so I figured I’d be fine with a 14 seer.

Dell from JMac got me a 16 seer system for about 9K! Of the 3 Dell was the only one that mentioned a NV energy rebate that saved me about $500. Goetll, on the other hand, wanted 20K for a 14 seer system!!! Not to mention that when I said no 59 Goetll he left in a mild puff after pressuring me. But Dell from day one gave me the time and space to make my own decision regarding the installation and I never once felt like I was being pressured in the process. He even encouraged me to price shop around!

Driving around the highway cutting people off and slamming on the brakes. Absolutely insane.

JMAC quoted me $5,250 to add a HVAC zone to my 2nd floor. I sought a second opinion from the company that installed the original system -- a company that Del used to work for -- and was told it wasn't even possible to do that. When I asked Del to explain, he withdrew his bid because I didn't have "faith" in them. Honest contractors don't demand that you give them your faith, they earn it.

I recently had JMAC replace both hvac systems in my residence. Totally impressed! No attempts to upsell, no high pressure tactics. I was very comfortable dealing with their employees and they gave me a fair price. I had bids from other companies, but in the end went with JMAC. They don't do a ton of advertising, but they are a family business with a long history in Las Vegas. I ended up with a professional installation and I have every reason to believe the new equipment will last for many years to come. Check them out, you won't be sorry! You rock, JMAC!

We were referred to JMAC Plumbing by a friend. We were very impressed with their quick response to help with our repairs. The main water line from the meter to the house had to be replaced. They gave us a quote that was very reasonable. A team of 5 men arrived at our home at 8 am. The line was replaced and they tested the water lines to our home and our sprinkler system to make sure everything was working and there were no more leaks. A big thank you to Todd, Raul, Issac, Ben and Mitch for a job well done. We will call again for plumbing and AC as needed.

Truly professional job. On site, on time, on quote. They found the leak in my supply line, trenched a new run, installed the new line the same day. You can see in the picture, you can not tell they were there.

We just moved into a new house and I had a broken valve in a poorly installed supply box for our washing machine. I gave JMAC a call and Kriste in the office was fantastic and got me scheduled promptly for next day service. Ben was my plumber for this job and he was fantastic. He was right on time and his work was efficient and clean. He went the extra mile to even make sure he made the sheetrock cut easy to patch and made sure I could get the washer back in place. I will always use JMAC for any plumbing needs and highly recommend requesting Ben, though I have used there services a couple of times now and everyone I have worked with from JMAC has been exceptional. Great work guys!

Joel & Nathan are both excellent at what they do! The AC in my house had been out for a week and they showed up on time and made sure that I was taken care of! I am so happy to feel the cool air inside my house now! I absolutely recommend these guys and their great quality customer service!
