Real straight shooters at JMAC. I believe I spoke with Steve and I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He wasn’t able to help me on an AC unit replacement but provided me with in-site and knowledge to help me make the best decision. Usually people don’t take the time to go above and beyond, especially whenever there’s no benefit, but these guys were awesome.

The situation that has been written in review recently was party true and effected me personally knowing the person who was missing but I would like to add that Tyler Holdren who's a boss/supervisor at this company did take the time to go to the job site with his foreman to attempt and locate the missing worker. There was also assistance from one boss Ceasar who called all hospitals looking for a possible John Doe given that we weren't sure what happened. As tragic and harmful the situation could have been, there's very good people within the company who did what they could to assist my daughter in getting her loved one back. Also Tyler did take action in speaking with workers about the misinformation that was passed on to both himself and us. This company did alot to find this employee. If this is how this management helped to find this employee can you imagine how they would take care of you home, your property. We are blessed and so thankful for all the help from the Facebook posts to the phone calls to all the prayers and to the word of mouth. He is home safe and sound and we are thankful for this. When I think of needing any plumbing work done this is the 1st company I would call and I am asking each and everyone one reading this to do the same. Remember, if they help that much finding an employee think about how hard they will work finding and fixing your problems. Thank you!

JMAC is the best plumber in town! I had work done by several plumbers in town and it was always outrageously priced with mediocre work. When I called JMAC, it was a different level of service. Excellent pricing, highly skilled workers, clean up after the job, friendly, kind, helpful, can't say enough about JMAC. They have helped in emergency situations (still amazing pricing) as well as scheduled work. They are the BEST!! Thank you JMAC!!

This company is servicing out AC units at our apt complex. They serviced while we were not home and took the liberty of dumping out a bucket of whiffle balls into our sink and using the bucket. Then left the bucket on top of the dryer still with water in it.
I'm in the plumbing trade and would never use a tenants or home owners property, especially without permission, and also not clean it up.

We had JMAC install new water heaters in my elderly father’s house. They communicated and helped us coordinate this process smoothly from out of town. We will use them again for any future plumbing needs. Outstanding customer service!

I had received three different quotes for a full system replacement, including an upgrade for my still-functioning second unit. JMAC stood out immediately, they made the entire process completely transparent and easy to understand, breaking down every cost so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They mobilized a five-man crew and in just one day, they removed and replaced two exterior condensers and two attic furnaces, all with impressive speed and care. The level of professionalism and respect they showed for my home exceeded my expectations.

Just had my AC system installed by Honest HVAC and I’m impressed. The installation crew was prompt, clean, and respectful of my home. They even wore shoe covers inside. Everything works perfectly and the price came in lower than I expected. Solid company.

I rarely leave reviews, but Honest HVAC really deserves it. My AC stopped working right before a weekend BBQ and they managed to squeeze me in the same day. The technician was friendly, didn’t rush the job, and had it fixed within 45 minutes. He even showed me how to clean my filter properly. Super grateful!
