I had excellent experience with this company, I made and appointment for the next day and was told they would be in 8am- 12 and I got a call in the morning from paul confirming everything and was very nice also saying it would be at 8:45ish Brandon A. arrived he took of his shoes without asking him too. and was very courteous and pleasant to speak to. He appeared very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He got my heater working After he left I did not feel the usual feeling of did I just get ripped off. I trust this company and glad I found a company in this new town. I recommend them to any one that needs honest company.

Comfort Master has been the only company I have used for 10+ years since being stationed at Nellis AFB; they have service both my old unit, and then a few years ago install/maintain a new HVAC unit. Paul Solan has represented himself and his company honestly, professionally, and in such a friendly manner that has always made me feel like part of their family. Brandon is one of his technicians that, when we call to set up a preventive maintenance service or to solve a problem, we ask for by name. He is on-time, uber friendly, knows his job extremely well, courteous, and pet friendly (my 2 dogs love him!). There is something to be said about a company that is able to keep clients in Las Vegas' competitive environment.

Justin was our service tech. Great customer service from the first time I called to schedule a appointment. Justin was Knowledgeable, professional and made things easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Comfort Masters.

Another great year of great service. This is the BEST Air conditioning and Heating service you will ever find. They go out of their way to make sure everything is running perfectly, if they repaired something else at the last visit they also recheck that at no extra charge. You can call them at any time and get results immediately. They have been able to repair or replace other things in my home and if they feel that cannot take care of the problem they will refer you to someone who also does a great job. This is and always has been my go to company in Las Vegas for my A/C needs. Paul is the owner and he and his fantastic staff are great to work with. They are prompt, courteous, and communicative. They let you know what is going on every step of the way. I've also had them change out my A/C units and while it was not the cheapest quote I received, I knew and trusted their workmanship and their honesty. I can't say enough about Paul and all of his staff. You can't go wrong with them.

Punctual, professional, and Justin had a solid quote for us today. Unlike a home warranty company we have(which next year we won’t use that company) Comfort Masters arrived within 30 minutes of calling them. Justin diagnosed and was able to give us options and prices within his time of servicing the other two A/C units. To install, the service crew will be back Monday. That’s only 1.5 days. (The home warranty still hasn’t returned with any options and it’s been two days).

I have been a Comfort Masters customer for approximately three years and have found them to be competent, honest and reliable. They are always on time, courteous and capable. There are many HVAC companies to choose from in Las Vegas but when I use Comfort Masters I know they will treat me fairly, never try to "oversell" and always stand behind their work. A family-owned business that truly cares about family!!!  It's a huge stress any time your air condition decides not to cool.  For me it was the added stress that I was taking care of a family member that was just released from the hospital after a major surgery, and suddenly I don't have cool air.
Comfort Masters went over the top in creating room for me in their schedule immediately upon learning there was a medical concern in my family.  They were busy but fit me in!

When my AC was having issues over the weekend, I reached out to Comfort Masters due to the excellent reviews I read online. Sean came out within an hour or so of my call, diagnosed the problem and got right on looking for the parts as best he could late on a Saturday night. Paul came over on Sunday morning to check out the situation, confirmed Sean's diagnosis and went to his shop to see if he had a part on hand that would work with my system. Unfortunately he didn't have what I needed on hand, nor did other contacts he checked with (on a Sunday). However first thing Monday morning he called that he had the part and would be over at 10AM to install it. I am a single mom on a tight budget who knows nothing about AC units. Both Sean and Paul were very patient and kind with me and helped me to understand the issues. They were prompt, reliable, and reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend this company and I will call on them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Great company. I was a commercial contractor for 30 years and have worked with 100’s of subs. These guys are top notch. Justin, Brandon and Eli were on it. They know their trade. Paul the owner is amazing to work with. They installed my new AC unit on time and at the exact price quoted. Highly recommend.

Same day service when I called with AC problems. Brandon took care of things as needed, and explained all work that was done. Received email updates on when Brandon would arrive, along with a phone call telling me approx. ETA. Rebecca also contacted me with updates and was great to deal with and was very helpful. I have used them in the past, and they are always my first choice for my home and business AC and heating needs. Truly a great experience when dealing with them!

Comfort Masters Heating and Cooling Company performed outstanding work repairing our house AC system on June 9, 2016. We are on SS with limited resources, so we used the Better Business site for guidance when selecting a company. Comfort Masters Company did not try to sell us a new AC System right away, like one of the other companies we contacted. The Comfort Masters AC Technicians explained the AC problems and were pleasant, professional and highly skilled. They were able to repair our 10 year old AC system for a reasonable cost. Their workmanship was excellent and we are finally able to enjoy living in our home again. We highly recommend this company.

Comfort Masters has always been quick, fair-priced and completely professional. We have two separate systems in our home, a 6-ton roof unit and a split-mini for my music studio. Brandon always remembers me and the family, he knows our systems and he knows how to fix and maintain them. And he's cheerful! A couple years ago I had a motor give out that was still (barely!) under warranty. Paul Solan made sure it got fixed at no charge. I will always use Comfort Masters because I know and trust them.
