He was very polite and explained everything he was doing so we knew what was going on. Our AC wasn’t cooling our house and he solved the issue very quickly. Very glad I decided to go with Prozone over the last company I used. Much more thorough and better prices. Signed up for their membership and will definitely use them again.

We called in the morning for a minor leak and they were able to come out that same afternoon. Our issue appeared to be from a cracked, clogged pipe. Fernando and Alex had us up and running in short order, explaining and showing us where the problem was. We were VERY comfortable with them being in our home and we really appreciated the text before our appointment with the photo and name of technician as well as them wearing protective booties before entering our home.

The cost was MORE than fair and surprisingly lower than expected.

Absolutely fantastic company! It's hard to find honest and hardworking service providers in Las Vegas so we were thrilled to have been referred to Cal Air by close friends. Excellent customer service! We will have them back this fall to service the heating systems.

same day service , Professional but a quote off the top of the technician's head of 8k for a new unit was a bit radical after my reaction to the price and me having experience with my previous encounter on having to put a new unit into one of my other rental properties, I knew that price was crazy ! Technician Orlando quickly went to his phone and still gave me a high bid. $6970 3 Ton unit
Problem that I had is that to check my unit for leaks was $950 dollars with no Guarantee they would find the issue. & didn't seem like he wanted to even try .
Also to fill my unit back up with the correct pressure seemed high at $650 Dollars.
All in all the technician is no doubt trained to push a new unit install !
