Alonso arrived on time to diagnose the problem with our heating system. He was professional & very careful when he came inside the house. The 1st visit, the problem was not easily diagnosed because I had turned the unit off/on multiple times & interfered with diagnostic codes. When the failure occurred again later the same day, Cal-Air scheduled Alonso to come out 1st thing the next morning & at that time, he was able to accurately diagnose the failure. He ordered the parts from their warehouse & came back the next day to install the new parts. Because we were so confident in his work, we requested that he order the same replacement parts for our 2nd heating unit & he is scheduled to install those tomorrow.

Orlando arrived about 10 minutes early which was great. He was respectful, efficient and informative. It was a very pleasant experience. This is the 2nd time he came to my house and would appreciate that you always send him to me for maintenance

These guys did a great job. I wanted the best A/C I could get and Carrier was the brand for me. The install went great and the follow up cosmetic repairs (getting into my attic space was a challenge) came right away. Very happy with these guys.

Vincent was professional and polite. I didn’t feel like he was trying to scam me into new anything. I tell you this much when I do replace my unit I will be calling Cal Air. I am so pleased with Cal Air. From the moment I found them they were so in top of everything.

Cal Air Cooling is a very honest company. My AC Unit is pretty old and when it failed to turn on yesterday I was expecting a worst case scenario. Richard is the service tech who took the call, he's polite and very professional. He ran a diagnostic on the unit and turned it back on and everything is working fine for now.One day I will have to replace my AC Unit and mark my words Cal Air will be the go to guys when I do.

Cal-Air is a locally-owned business and I got a level of service from local people who care. All of the employees from the call center with Tara and Adam to the technicians who changed out the air filters and replaced the AC motors were incredible. I would highly recommend this heating and cooling/HVAC company to anyone. Very prompt and attentive.

Called Orlando on Sunday night for AC issue. He responded back quickly and walked me through steps to take to see if we could get AC to come back on.
Test didn't prevail, made appointment for Monday between 4-6pm, but CalAir had a opening earlier which was appreciated. Orlando came out and had unit back-up and running in an half-hour.
Will continue to use CalAir because of the service and professionalism they gave.

Excellent service experience! Office response to on-line request was timely and efficient. Richard called before arriving...and arrived on time. He quickly determined the problem and promptly corrected it. I appreciated his taking time to explain what went wrong and also to show me a couple of features of my Carrier Infinity system that I didn't know about! Thanks for the fine service!

We have used Cal Air many times, and have liked the way they do business. They are always on time and efficient. Service tech Richard knows what he is doing, and won't up sell you anything you don't need. I've noticed Cal Air's need to please every time we've used their service. Consistency in service means something !

As always on time and promptly to reply to any issues. I purchased my carrier a/c unit through them and has not let me down. I do the yearly maintenance in a timely manner to ensure everything works accordingly at all times. Orlando has done a great job everytime maintaining the unit.

We have the maintenance plan and we are very happy with their service. Orlando comes out twice a year to make sure our units are in tip top shape! He is very professional and always gives us tips on keeping our unit running great!

Orlando was great. He helped us one time before so we requested him again. He is a very knowledgeable and made recommendations on how we can take measures of prevention. He had our air back up and running within 20 minutes. We will definitely request Orlando anytime we need assistance.

I have been pleased with Cal Air since I bought my new air conditioner from them three years ago-after researching many other companies. They are polite, prompt, and professional. Service has always been within the window, and the technician is courteous and conscientious.

Alonso was an excellent knowledgeable professional! He was thorough, honest , helpful and gave the best air and heat service I have ever had in the Las Vegas Valley and I have been a resident since the 60s. I will most likely look to CAL when I replace my systems in about a year!

Gary is a personable, knowledgeable and friendly technician. He got waylaid by a "friendly neighbor" before he could enter my home but was patient and even offered to give him an estimate once he finished my service. He kept me updated on what he was checking and how the unit was doing. He told me the size of my filters so if I wanted to change to a different kind my shopping would be easier. :) When my coolant levels were found to be low he offered to add some but wasn't pushy which I appreciated. I decided to go ahead with the coolant since summer is fast approaching. Gary also offered me a free estimate on a new unit (since mine is the original from 2001). But once again...not pushy..,. just offering information for a future date. When my unit decides to go to "AC Heaven" I will be calling Cal Air!!! :)

We needed a motor for the fan in the attic and we had someone come and were told they didn't have the motor and there wasn't any motors to be found in the city and it would be about 4 days before they could come back, in the meantime the temp was in the 110-114 degree area. We called two other companies and we're told they would come but wouldn't guarantee they had the part and wouldn't give an approximate cost. Cal Air guaranteed the part, gave use the actual cost to do the job and came 30 minutes earlier than the window they said for arrival. The technician was very pleasant and professional. If i need air conditioning work in the future Cal Air is the only company I'll call.

We worked with Alonozo. He was the best. Great person who took his time to figure out the problem, and even better was very thorough and communicative about where the issue could be possibly stemming from and our options to work it out. He gave us multiple options and estimates. Just a genuine, thorough, person who cared about what he did. We will work will Alonzo for here on out.

Make sure you call and request Orlando! He provided an excellent service and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I am sure that I annoyed him with all of my questions but he didn't seem to mind as he worked on our unit and answered all of my questions. When he finished he explained to me what he did and gave me his cell number to call if I had anymore issues. The service was fast and friendly and most important, Honest. Thanks Cal Air and Orlando!

I would not recommend this company as they overcharge for AC units and do not show up as scheduled for maintenance visits. The tech, Orlando, said later that he called to cancel (a few hours before the scheduled appointment), but I never received a voicemail or text with this information, only a text saying that he was on his way (which he wasn't), and he was also unapologetic about it. He's apparently the only one who works on the weekend, and they would not send someone else out and give me a time when someone new would come. I had to sit around all day, waiting for no one, and they expected me to do it again. This visit was paid for and was under warranty, so now we will have to pay a new company who will actually show up when they say they will to do the service, and provide better customer service.

Alberto was absolutely fantastic! I contacted him after another company was already at my house and tried billing me over $1300. It turns out the other company mis-diagnosed the problem and Alberto was able to correct the problem for less than $150. He was straight forward, honest and explained the issue in plain terms that anyone could understand. I’ll never use anyone else. Thank you Alberto and Cal Air!

Alexis was very pleasant and efficient in setting up my account and getting a service technician to come out right away. Alberto was very courteous and professional and addressed the issue immediately. The unit worked then went off again and Alberto returned and fixed it permanently (at least so far). He spent considerable time but obviously knew what he was doing.
