Eduardo came, did a thorough check of the AC system, was very polite and respectful, and did a thorough re-check of the AC system before he left to ensure everything was working.

Super quick, my unit decided to cook through some fuses at 6pm on Thursday and they sent someone out by 8am the next day during 4th of July weekend.

The guy even cleaned his own cup from a glass of water I had offered. The experience exceeded expectations and now I won’t have to sweat for a whole weekend

Called the AC company about a rattling noise and uneven temperature distribution of air around the house. Their tech, Eduardo, showed up first thing in the morning- He was hard working and methodical, troubleshooting the problem meticulously to ensure he got the job done right. He did not rush the process nor did he flubbed it off and said he would return the next day as he waited for parts. He made two separate trips to obtain parts so that we were not without a working AC in triple digit heat. Eduardo was fantastic through the entire process, maintaining a calm and dedicated attitude.

Edwardo arrived on time and was quick to start work on my 2 units. What really struck me as exceptional was when he let me know the strange noises coming from one of my units was because the last service person didn’t screw down everything inside the unit properly and left a mess. Edwardo corrected the issue and now the unit is running like a top! Such a big difference and I had no idea. Thank you for your attention to detail and excellent service!! I’m really impressed and will look forward to working with you again!

5 STAR the guys were polite and very nice they ask to put covers on shoesbefor entering.They got to business quick they take pride on what they do best got my downstairs unit cooling quick thank you!

The technician (Ed) came fast and installed my thermostat quickly. He also showed me how it’s wired and programmed the thermostat for me as well.

Gabriel and Luis were so amazing!!!!. They got our AC up & running and they were very polite. I would highly recommend.

I can only rate the customer service. I spoke to Eduardo. We set an appt for about 5pm. He text’s and says he can’t make it and asks for 630pm-7pm. I tell him I will find out and message him to confirm 630pm-7 pm is too late to start work. I have kids attic access is in their room. So I messaged back and asked for the next evening he had available. He offers 8am the next day. I tell him no it should be in the evening so he can see what the issue. He doesn’t reply.

Next morning he texts at 713am telling me he is on his way. I tell him that he needs to come in the evening so he can see the problem. He says I am about to head over right now. !!

lol wow. He is going to force his way in to fix the ac? Like what? So I have to call him. The phone call was not pleasant. I explained that we needed an evening visit and asked him to give me a call or text whenever that next time is available. 4 or 5 pm

Can you believe he dropped my house as a job and another ac company called in his place! Atomic ac called shortly after and visited within 24 hrs no problem.

Gabriel did a good job at replacing the control panel for the heater. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional.
