It great to have a company that still does a good job and in a timely manner. That seems to be a big problems with a lot of companies now. No customer service but Cal Air has always come through with great customer service I had Service Tech Vincent M. He was great to work with even changed out my filters after checking out my unit.

Cal Air did an awesome job! They provided a comprehensive initial quote for repairs and maintenance on our commercial A/C unit. The technicians were informative, professional and helpful. Best of all, the final repair costs matched the estimate, no hidden fees/up charges. The office team was also extremely accommodating with scheduling and providing additional insurance paperwork. I highly recommend Orlando and the Cal Air team.

Cal Air has been back on-site to complete quarterly filter checks and continues provide great service! I highly recommend them for personal/business owners. Richard was very kind and courteous. Great Job Cal Air!!!

I had one of my AC units go out at 9:00 pm one evening and had a recommendation to give Cal Air a call. To my surprise, being that it was late in the evening, I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The technician showed up at the scheduled time and was able to diagnose, then repair the unit quickly. Great customer service and professionalism from everyone I interacted with at Cal Air. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all AC/Heating needs.

We called handyman’s to figure our ac problem making so much of noise and they couldnt figure why.. so we found THE AC COMPANY, scheduling was super quick and easy so I was able to get schedule super early, JOSE came and fixed the problems the other guys couldn’t !!!!!! This Company does good and thorough work. Gabriel came in and fixed our AC system after suffering with a dead AC all through winter and summer. We surely extremely froze and then extremely melted. He got the AC up and working after two previous companies failed. He is also very cordial. Thank you the A/C Company.💯

Jose Mota was the AC Technician assigned to diagnosing our AC problem. Jose was very expedient in arriving and getting right to work. He was very polite and produced a solution without wasting any time
All and all, he accomplished his job.

Jose Mota promptly contacted me and advised he could be there in 30 mins which he was. After quickly diagnosing the problem he immediately forwarded the information to the home warranty company. They were slow to reply but Jose stuck with it and came back late to finish the job and worked into the evening to get it running with the new parts. Fan motor, compressor and power/fuze panel. He is a professional that I would recommend to anyone.
