The AC Company NV was contracted through my property management company, and I have to say, Eduardo was nothing but professional from day one. He arrived on time, was super helpful, and quickly evaluated the unit to confirm the compressor was out. Within an hour of leaving, his team had already sent an estimate to the property manager, and by the end of the day, everything was approved. Eduardo showed up the very next morning with a brand new AC unit and had it installed right away. We now have cold air again, and I couldn’t be happier. Amazing guys, fast work! Moved into a new place and discover the AC was fully broken. They came right away and even gave us a temporary AC unit while we waited for the part. They were super friendly the whole time. Highly recommend!!!

Our home heater hasn’t been working for the last couple days. Property management provided this vendor. I must say they were quick with responses. Luis and his partner came on the same day to diagnosis. Luis was able to come early in the morning to fix and replace the gas valve which didn’t take long. Our home is now warm and cozy. Junior responded within minutes and was at my door 30 minutes later. He identified the issue right away, showed me what was wrong and provided me with options. Everything is working perfectly and my house is nice and cool. I won’t ever use anyone else! Honest, direct, out of the box thinker and extremely talented.

I oversee a school that has 40 units.
We have used 3 companies in the past 5 years and 32 Degrees is the fourth. They've been with us a year+ and Junior has bailed us out numerous times before that.
32 Degrees is the only company that has done what they said they would do, diagnosed elusive issues that the others missed, and even cleaned our roof after an especially messy coil washing (because the other companies ripped us off).
I can't speak highly enough of this crew. That's because the guys you talk to are the guys on the roof, and I have learned that an HVAC company is only as good as their techs despite their sales pitch.

I loves these guys!! I've used them at home and work for installs, maintenance and service. They have a good response time, are honest, will explain things and let you make the best decision without trying to sell you something you don't need. They're my go to for all my HVAC needs and I'd never call anyone else!

On Friday July 22 @ Approximately 8pm I was sitting in my family room watching TV noticed that I was beginning to sweat.

My thermostat indicated the current temperature was 85 degrees with a setpoint 78 degrees.

I determined that my AC Unit was ON and Running, so I checked a couple of my supply vents and found warm air being blown into my home.

I went outside and determined that my condensing unit fan was indeed running.

I then shut off power to the HVAC system, thinking It might be low on refrigerant and maybe the system had froze up.

I waited a couple of hours and then restarted the system but there was no improvement in the temperature of the air being blown out of the supply vents.

I then shut off power (again) and waited for daylight and began calling local HVAC service contractors, beginning with the those closest to my home, hoping proximity would result in faster service.

To my dismay, after contacting several companies the earliest I could receive service was 4 days away.

Then it happened, I called 32 Degrees and was fortunate that Co Owner Junior Peterson took my call, I explained my situation, he told me all his guys were busy and that he had personal plans with his wife, but that he would talk to her and if she agreed he would take the service call himself.

At this point let me say that the power of pray and the kindness of a good hearted woman immensely improved the quality of my life as she agreed to allow Junior to take the call and ultimately greatly reduce my pain and suffering.

Junior arrived determined that the condensing unit compressor was inoperative as evidenced by the compressor oil all over the bottom of the unit.

At this point I could get into all the technical issues that were discussed, since my is a older system the used R-22 as it's refrigerant, and R-22 is being phased out, so the cost of it now very prohibitive.

Anyway when all said and done (for now) the decision was made to replace the entire Condensing Unit with one that is future use compatible for the change over from the R-22 refrigerant to one that is approved for future use.

Long, long story shorten Junior and apparently his wife are capable of putting the needs of other before their own wants.

About me: I am a 68 yo man, I was a certified electrician for 40+ years, I am very familiar with the construction trades and tradesmen.

Junior is a knowledgeable and skilled HVAC Technician and he presents as a caring human being.

Late one evening our AC was making a horrible sound, put in a request for help and 32 Degrees responded the next morning and replaced a motor and did so before the heat of the day! These people are professional, courteous and communicative. I’ve put their number in my phone for future emergencies!

Omg. My ac was on the fritz and my dog and Senior Citizen mother. We’re about to have a heat stroke… But Andy came out and saved the day. He was so kind and knowledgeable and thorough and comforting. Just an amazing man.

Heat wave knocked out our AC unit. Junior made a next day house call on the weekend and worked diligently to identify the problem. First thing Monday morning he was able to get the part and repair our unit. Professional, caring, and an expert in his field. Will only use them for any future needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
