Junior was amazing, such an honest guy and instantly diagnosed and resolved the issues causing my HVAC to act up. He also educated you in the process so I gained a lot of new knowledge about what was going on with my HVAC. 32 degrees AC and Heating did a great job with repair and service on my home AC unit. Junior is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him for any air conditioning repairs you might need!

I have rental properties in Las Vegas, one of the units the wires burned, one company told me I need to replace the whole unit, then Junior from 32 degrees Heating and Air came out and said it can be repaired. Very honest and from now on that is the only company I will work with.

Last summer 2023 our AC went out and we had to purchase a whole new unit and we couldn’t find someone to install it. The guy who originally said he could do it, couldn’t. We were stressed with no AC for a whole month, until I called 32 Degrees. Junior installed our new unit and told us we needed a new furnace and coil for our new unit so we had him install it. The AC has been working amazingly since. Recently, we started using the heater and we noticed one day it stopped working so I called 32 Degrees and they came quickly and took care of the problem. I strongly recommend to call 32 Degrees for any of your AC and Heating needs. Junior is reliable and quick to get things fixed. Thank you!

I recently had an issue with my AC not blowing any cold air, so I called this company for help. To my surprise, they sent someone over within the hour! Justin, the technician, was amazing. He got right to work and not only fixed my AC but also went above and beyond by changing my filters and explaining how to maintain my system for the long term. His knowledge and helpfulness were truly impressive. This company provided the best service I've ever experienced—they definitely deserve 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Junior came highly recommended by my neighbor who has had his commercial AC units taken care of by him for years. My home is almost 18 years old so we replaced all of our units. I couldn’t decide if I wanted 2 units or 3 and Junior took the time and was patient to educate me with all my options. Rather than upsell me to 3 units he was trying to convince me to do 2 units. Junior truly is about what is best for the customer. My daughter’s room was also very hot and he took the time to re route the vents to make her room nice and cool. She loves how comfortable her room is now. Im already saving money on my monthly bill with more efficient AC units.

Andy was very kind and helpful to work with. He resolved the issue we had with our A/C unit drain pipe within the time frame quoted. Would recommend them! Andy and Junior replaced our A/C unit a few years ago and it’s been running great!

Had a new A/C installed and couldn’t be happier with how it went. Junior, Andy, and his apprentice were awesome!!!! showed up on time, super easy to work with, and got straight to it.

My furnace was not functioning - such that the house temperature would not ever reach the temp assigned by thermostat.

Junior from 32 degrees was courteous, had expert knowledge of my system, and he diagnosed and repaired it within 30min.

Junior was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, fair priced, very informative and didn’t hesitate at all to squeeze us into his schedule and get the AC replaced. He was just as concerned about the elderly tenant and child living in the home and was also accommodating with his time to get the unit replaced for their comfort too. That to me shows he’s a genuine person with genuine concern for others. Those qualities are hard to find in people these days. I would highly recommend 32 degrees for HVAC.

Brandon came out to my home as I was having issues with my a/c. It was an old system which had been mis functioning for the last 3 years.
The heater had given out this past fall.

He did a very detailed inspection of my a/c and furnace unit. He explained everything very thoroughly as to what was wrong and why they were no longer repairable. I had already had 2 previous repairs on the a/c in the last 10 years with other companies.

I felt Brandon to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He provided me an estimate on a new my a/c, furnace, and thermostat.
I had done my research on the quality and honesty of his work. All of his reviews are filled with gratitude and satisfaction.

Brandon and his team showed up right as they said they would. They all worked very well together. They respectfully walked me thru what they were going to do. He also made an extra vent in my bedroom to provide better ventilation to provide relief from how hot my bedroom always gets in the summer.

Brandon will not leave until everything is working perfectly and smoothly and has explained the new system to you. He makes you feel at ease and confident that you have a great working reliable unit.
