After dealing with a previous company that botched the installation of two new HVAC units, these pros came in and immediately spotted the issues. They not only explained everything that was wrong efficiently but also gave me a thorough breakdown to take back to the original installers. Their professionalism and knowledge were beyond impressive. I now trust them with my routine biannual maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly and my investment is protected. Can’t recommend them enough!

Juan and Dom were sent by American Home Warranty as a service call to check the AC which stopped working. They broke down the main components and determined the fan motor had died. They had one in the van; installed it and got back to normal. They were timely scheduled after 5 pm and efficient. Great guys. Did it quick and were friendly and informative. A+. 5 stars.

BEWARE - Horrible service.

Phillip who claimed to be a manager accused us of trying to manipulate the system to get new air conditioning units. We are not looking for new A/C units. The service request was for you to come out and see why both units are running louder than usual. Juan found nothing wrong that would contribute to the louder vent noise but did discover that something called a capacitor in the attack was low, so he replaced them. The A/C still cools, but the blower now no longer shuts off and has been running since Juan left.

This Phillip person, told us he’s been doing this for 45 years and he knows that’s our units have always done this and we’re trying to get you to perform a service that was not reported and we would need to open two more service requests to fix what wasn’t wrong before. Phillip would not listen to me and would continually talk over me. This was never an issue before. This is something your company caused. We do not want new A/C units, and again, our units are both still running.

I will call the warranty company, but will also report your company and whatever else I need to do to get this resolved.

Phillip said because we’ve only lived here for 2 years, we just never noticed that it never shut off, which is just plain ridiculous.

I am beyond frustrated… If I could rate them a ZERO I would because they don’t even deserve that.

Really appreciated the quality of their work, as well as their cleanliness when finishing up the job. I really liked how this company showed me pictures and proof of the job they were performing. In a preventative maintenance package, I was shown before and after pictures, and was told exactly what was being done to improve my unit. Great experience!

Juan and Don serviced my HVAC. They came earlier than slotted time. Very professional and respectful, both of them. They diagnosed what the problem is, needed to get parts, and finished the job in just 2 hours. Now my AC is working well. Thanks Eco Friendly.

Pros:
Eco Friendly Air sent Jose and Jose they came out repaired my system that was not cooling. Repaired the issue after coming back several times.
Cons:
Supervisor, Philip is a bit arrogant, unprofessional, unethical, etc. Slams my sliding door several times, does not wear shoe covers when entering my home, left my circuit breaker open, keeps on insisting additional charges outside of what the warranty has approved which caused the delay of fixing the AC for more than a week. He borrowed my phone to post a review that he typed himself praising his team (I edited it with facts) Everyday I had to climb stairs to go upstairs where my 2nd AC was working which was challenging as I just got out of the hospital for open heart surgery.
This is the reason why I am not doing business with this company in the future. I would recommend to avoid them.

I was assigned Eco Friendly Air by my home warranty company to inspect a broken A/C unit. What followed was the most unsafe and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a contractor.

After being told my unit wasn’t repairable, I was encouraged by their manager, Philip, to move forward with a full replacement, which I paid for directly. The A/C installation was completed in late June. Immediately after, I reminded the team to relight my water heater, but after several failed attempts and clear signs of a gas leak, they left my home while gas was actively leaking. I had to call Southwest Gas, and the technician found a gas coupling left loose in the attic, which had allowed gas to circulate through the HVAC system and into my home, a serious safety hazard.

Philip returned the next day and stated on video that the company would reimburse me for the service fee and cover the cost of damages to my water heater, which had to be replaced. Despite this, the company refused to honor his promise, and I received no further communication.

Just one week after installation, the new A/C unit stopped working completely, and I had to hire a different HVAC company to come out and make the repairs. Eco Friendly Air ignored all my attempts to reach them.

Later, I discovered that one of their listed contractor licenses is currently suspended, raising even more concerns about the quality and legitimacy of the business.

This experience put my family’s safety at risk and cost me thousands in damages, repairs, and lost trust. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against using this company.
