The water heater in my mid rise condo died. There was some complications with the owner and property management company but they settled on Snow Frosty and I'm glad they did. Daniel who answers the phone is empathetic and does what he says as well as is pleasant to talk with. I prefer to talk to humans rather than robots and apps. After 3 weeks without hot water, boiling water to do dishes and take baths, Daniel made an appointment for me at 8am. The techs were at my place at 7am and a 3rd tech showed up later with the new water heater and by 9am they were leaving with the old broken water heater. Not only did they do what they said they'd do, they went above and beyond. A+.

My air has been out for over 31/2 weeks and they keep saying it is the manufacturer hasn’t sent the part and that there is nothing they can do? 8,000.00 for a new unit that was out in last year and under warranty and there not STANDING behind what they sell. DONT USE THIS COMPANY they RIP you off and don’t try to make it right.

If you're looking for a honest company, this one is it. Called for service as my heat wasn't working. Devin came and checked the dead thermostat. He explained very nicely that the batteries were in wrong and although it was a regular thermostat it had to be programmed. So he fixed the battery problem and programmed it. Turned it on and it worked. Then went up on the roof to check out the unit. Came back in and told me that everything looked good. Now this is where I was ecstatic. He could of told me anything was wrong and I wouldn't have known it because I wasn't up there with him. But he was honest and being a senior I do appreciate that. I will recommend them to everyone and am very happy I found them . Thank you again for being a honest company . ❤️

We are very happy with them servicing the Collaboration Center Foundation. Infinity did all the Heating and Cooling installations in our Newest Building on the property, and they know our Daikin system from top to bottom. December 2025 update. We still Highly recommend Infinity HVAC! Jorge and Anthony were thorough, friendly and very helpful and appreciated! Alex and the other ladies in the office are always positive and helpful. They answer the phone promptly and friendly.

From the time I called Infinity and reached the answering service until our AC was up and running again was only two and a half hours! Very grateful as our AC went down on a Saturday and it was 106°. Great customer service and reasonably priced! We will definitely call Infinity in the future if needed.

Techs are great! Knowledgeable, on time and considerate of my property. Trust them completely to keep my units running properly at my main house and rental.
