After a few different companies come out to do a diagnostic on my unit I felt the best about Bulldog air. Their diagnostic fee was lower than everyone else’s in town and the technician RAUL was the most professional and honest from the three companies.
He established what the problem was quicker than anyone else and did not have that pushy salesman demeanor.
I actually trusted him.

Bulldog is my go to for all my AC/heating needs. Derrick and his team are true professionals. Have been using them for many years on many projects. They recently replace a full AC/heater system at my personal residence—great equipment, exceptional install and fair pricing. They took the time to discuss my specific situation to ensure we were installing the best system for our needs.

Last week Bulldog HVAC company called to offer me a free inspection of my system and since I had used them once before with no problem for my AC tune-up I agreed. They came out and told me that I had a small leak on the refrigerant line but the unit was operating fine and that he'd go back to the owner of the company to have them check because I said my unit was still under warranty.
The owner called and said the leak had caused damage to the coil and the compressor and sent me two quotes, one for $8690 to fix with a one year warranty or $12774 for a replacement with a 10 year warranty. He said the company I had install it didn't register the warranty and that I had only had a one year warranty on my unit.
So I called the DNA HVAC who installed it. Andre came out today and checked out the whole unit and said I had a faulty capasitir and it was still under warranty and all I had to pay was the labor of $225 including service call. I hope others don't fall for their scam .

We have been working with Bulldog since 2018 and love them. Owner Derrick is always trying to help us get the best deals because we are a non-profit. His employees are always courteous and know their way around our systems. New employee, Ivan, is already off to a great start and fixed three problems in about an hour. Thank you, Bulldog.

Bulldog has always been tops in service and support. Today was our annual checkup/tuneup and Shawn (hope it's spelled right) came out. Apparently a newish employee. He was nice and forthright and did his job with a minimum of fuss and then reported on the state of our unit. Super personable and efficient. Can't rate him highly enough. I always recommend Bulldog to my friend!! Thank you!!

Staff is experienced, professional and timely. They are top notch and knowledgeable in their line of work. They replaced my HVAC unit the same day. The owner of the company responded to my questions and inquiries within minutes. Excellent customer service and support.

Lived in my home for a 1.5 yrs and have been having problems with allergies. I booked an appointment with Bulldog for duct cleaning and AC maintenance before the summer. Shaun and Anthony were our techs and very hospitable and diligent with their work! I’m going to get this service for my family’s home and get heater maintenance for the fall/winter. I highly recommend them!!

They were also very patient and kind, assuaging any concerns I had from experiences with other companies. I give them a 10 out of 10 and most highly recommend them.

We absolutely love Bulldog Air Conditioning and Heating. This summer our AC stopped working we called Bulldog and they had a tech out to us quickly. The communication not only with the technician but also the office staff was phenomenal, Anthony explained exactly what the issue was and gave us a few different options. They absolutely deserve a 5 star review.

Raul was very professional and very kind. I have been taken by climate control/Fetch A Tech 2 years ago and Raul explained everything to me and was honest. I highly recommend this company if you don't want to be ripped off like I was in the past.

I believe Bulldog scammed me. I'm currently struggling with Bulldog.

They have repeatedly made drywall errors when installing, delaying repairs

Worst of all, I am still currently on the hook for paying for a system no longer installed in my house.

Bulldog uninstalled it, and did not cancel payments.

I am now paying for my current HVAC unit (which I'm obviously happy to do) AND the uninstalled units, which at this point they might have refurbished and reinstalled elsewhere.

Seeking litigation is expensive and I think they know that.

I'm a struggling teacher. No one deserves this treatment.

Where do i begin? Well I will say that this is the one expense I dreaded having to make, but I'm very happy and grateful I found Derek and his crew at bulldog air conditioning and heating. My original AC unit was 20 years old and it was on borrowed time, I was using one of the more expensive air condition companies for my routine maintenance and when they gave me an estimate for a total replacement I cried.
I knew this wasn't going to be cheap but I wasn't going to get taken advantage of by these bigger companies so I reached out to Derek after reading the wonderful reviews about this company and they came out and gave me a very reasonable and more affordable estimate.
The financing options, warranties and the specials that I got made me feel as if I got my money's worth, because this time of year wasn't in the heart of Summer. I chose Derek and his crew come out to do the job ASAP because they beat the competition and they were very empathetic about what I was going through and the stress I was feeling.
I work three jobs and my time is very limited but they were able to come in and do it in one day and completed it in the time frame given which was a big deal to me.. They also did an outstanding job with the install testing of equipment and show me how to use my new thermostat. The entire crew was very careful and cleaned up after everything was finished. I highly recommend using this family owned company over anyone else.
Derek you have a customer for life and I will definitely be referring you and your crew to others in need. Thank you thank you thank you my three Dobermans are grateful for you keeping their space in my home comfortable.

Fast install, after 1 year the condenser line started to sweat causing it to leaked through the duct work down to my closet and messed up my drywall and now theres mold due to lack of properly insulating condenser lines. As professionals i would expect they know this and would do something to prevent from damages. You guys are charging 4k+ on installation for what?

I love Bulldog. I replaced my HVAC in 2020 with them and have had them out yearly to provide service. They are prompt, professional, fairly priced and their employees are always professional and courteous. I have referred them to many homeowners. Joseph who came today was excellent and efficient. Of all the work I’ve had done in my 6 years of home ownership, Bulldog has provided the best experience.

Great service call from Robert. Single story, roof unit. Took readings and made a suggestion for a cleaning, which made a significant difference in the measured levels for the better. He also looked at the ducting and recommended future work for more efficiency. Would definetly hire again for work.
