I love how the tech explained to me how everything up in the furnace works. This is my first year with them. They cleaned my AC unit a few months ago and now the furnace. I think I’ll be in good hands as far as heating and cooling. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

RB ROCKWELL BROTHERS are absolute pros! I reached out with an urgent AC issue, and they responded incredibly fast—available in less than 24 hours. With the indoor temp soaring to 96°F this morning, they came to the rescue and installed a brand new Trane XV 17 TruComfort system, and WOW—what a difference. Within just 2 hours, temperature inside dropped to a cool and comfortable 72°F.

From start to finish, installation was smooth, quick, and professional. These guys clearly know what they’re doing—their expertise in HVAC is top-notch, and they handled everything with precision and care. Truly outstanding service.

I called Tuesday for an appointment and they were able to fit me in for Friday. I asked for a furnace tune up to start the cold season. I made an appointment for 10AM-12PM and he showed up right at 10. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He explained the process and what was going on with our furnace. I will be scheduling with them for our AC tune up as well. Thank you! I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company. The Rockwell Brothers came to my house and took care of some plumbing issues I have and they’re not even plumbers. They are like a one stop shop for any AC or plumbing issues you may have. They are very informative and very good at what they do. If you're looking for an honest, dependable HVAC expert, Ken and JR at RB Rockwell Brothers are your guys. They are actually technicians, NOT salesman. They actually have your best interest at heart instead of trying to make a quick buck.

Had a repair in the heat of summer that the other big companies quoted several thousands of dollars. Ken took the time to even help me diagnose it over the phone before having to come out. And only after coming and thoroughly assesing the unit, provided me the options of repair vs replacement. He even showed up earlier than the appointed window, which is unheard of here in Vegas. The repair went smooth, looks very clean and he got the system up and running in less than 2 hours.

He also took the time to explain preventive maintenance measures that I can take to minimize future breakdowns. They also work on commercial units like walk-in freezers too!

As someone who's in the service industry myself, it's refreshing and rare to find a good honest company here in Vegas who really takes care of the customer at a more-than-fair price. I already have, and will continute to recommend them to several of my friends, church members and businesses.
