Haik was very flexible during my appointment scheduling and was accommodating. He repaired my dryer and completed the task with no major issues. Haik from Mastermind Heating and Air was amazing. He came to my rescue when my AC broke. He arrived 15 minutes after I called, figured the problem out and replaced the part all under 45 minutes! Very reasonable, with no price gouging. He was so nice, explained everything well. I’m very hard of hearing so I really struggle with communication. I only had to tell him this once and he made sure I understood everything.
Haik was an absolute godsend. My Grandkids were about to be dropped off as my daughter was about to start work. It would have been miserable being cooped up in a hot house with 2 young kids and 2 dogs!
He also checked my air filters and recommended the kind I should be using for better air flow and function.

I called and was able to get my faucet and valves replaced for a good price and in a timely manner. Very happy! 😊

I had an excellent experience with Mastermind when they came out to repair my heater. It ended up being a motor issue, and James was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, showed me pictures so I could actually see the problem, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward.
