Needed a new water heater. Called Mastermind Mechanical. They came to install the next day. Haik was professional, and on time. He called to inform us he was on his way to the house. The water heater is a Rheem so it is a good quality. His estimate was very reasonable and Mastermind Mechanical had the best warranty out of the other estimates we received. I will refer Mastermind to my neighbor and friends.

We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We’d definitely use Haik again.

I was stressed out all night worried about my dog cause my AC broke and I work all day it’s too hot for my dog to be inside with no AC and Haik called me early and was so nice and I told him I was stressed pause my dog and he was so understanding and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was ok. I was at work when he came I left my keys for him and he even checked on my dog for me this man is so amazing and he should really be the face of the company I would definitely refer this company to any one in need. Excellent quality, fair pricing, exceptionally professional are words that come to mind when we utilized the services of Mastermind Mechanical. After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time.

Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair.

Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. It is so refreshing to have a company that honors their quote and still goes above and beyond.

Haig he’s absolutely wonderful technician. He responded within 12 hours. I called last night and he came over this morning and fix my AC. I have purchased my AC unit and my heating unit from his company.
