The RB ROCKWELL BROTHERS did an excellent job for installing my 5 ton choice / split heat pump (XR15). They came to my house at around 1 P.M. and finished the job by 6 P.M. JR monitored the installation with his crew going up the attic several times, and answered all my questions as well as providing me with a detailed warranty of the unit. Love their 5 years maintenance service warranty and the 1 year air filters replacement besides the factory warranty. I have gotten other bids and compared the products and RB ROCKWELL BROTHERS are the best. They covered my floor and vacuumed errant insulation, they were professional and respectful of the property. I liked also that JR replaced the old insulation on my other AC pipe that was exposed to the sun, and he also painted it without extra charge. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Right on time, the Rockwell Brothers came to service the new HVAC they installed as well as the other previously installed HVAC. The 2 crew members were very respectful and pleasant. They cleaned and vacuumed the area after they were done, so far so good 👍 👌🏿 👏 ❤️

Jaden was on time, again, with a service time of 10a - noon, arriving at 10:10. Polite and knowledgeable, Jaden completed his inspection and maintenance and answered my questions.. very competent, thorough and professional.

We did a consultation and learned about the products and services that they are providing. We are waiting for our Landlord's approval to get the air duct cleaning done and the air quality and odor removal done. The product demo was very thorough. I am a Filipino and we love to cook fried Fish. The smells linger and it takes hours to get it out. I'm so glad there is a solution to keep the house smelling fresh. Thank you, Rockwell Brothers!

I called Rockwell Brothers thinking my AC/heater was broken, and I’m so glad I did. Ken came out and found that it was just the thermostat. I really appreciated his honesty, especially since I know friends who’ve been scammed by other companies into replacing their units or billed outrageous amounts. RB Rockwell Brothers’ pricing is fair, and he also did a deep clean on my heater coil/unit, which is one of the excellent services they offer.
If you want trustworthy and professional service, I highly recommend RB Rockwell Brothers!

The appointment time was between noon to 2 PM, Jaden and Brandon arrived at noon. They were very polite, professional, and came in and went straight to work. They took pictures of before and after to show me what they had done… Something that has not been offered with previous companies in the eight years we’ve lived here … Much appreciated!
They cleaned and serviced the heat pump in the attic and the air conditioner unit outside … said everything was in good working order and I could expect more years of service.
They installed a new air filter and explained all their work that they had done and asked if I had any other questions… Very professional and patient .. very much appreciated.

Most definitely will continue this relationship with Rockwell Brothers and refer them to everybody that needs service!

This company and all of these people went above and beyond any other company I have worked with. They came out within an hour of me calling for help and replaced my AC the next day. And kept me comfortable for the night before the replacement. Made sure I was safe. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. I highly recommend RB Rockwell Brothers.

They were very professional and quick and showed up on time and as a person the used to do airconditioning work I personally know they were very knowledgeable.

Since Rockwell Brothers came to us as a referral we expected this would go well. They didn't disappoint! They investigated the problem discovered the shoddy work performed by another large company in the Las Vegas area. Determined the system needed to be replaced and provided a very competitive quote. Once accepted they went to work and coordinated a crane and workers to get the replacement done. The job was completed in less than 4 hours and totally to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a replacement or a new company to use, Rockwell Brothers should be your choice.
