Very satisfied with warranty service on my A/C system, two years after installation. There was a malfunction of the water level safety switch on the drip pan, which was corrected quickly and with no charge.

I have had my heat pumps replaced twice in the last 29 years with different companies. So the third I decided to get some estimates. The estimates were out of this world. A friend of mine had his air conditioners replaced. He sent me his replacements cost.The price for the top of the line Trane was half what I was quoted from the other companies. Yesterday the service people installed my new Trane heat pumps.
Thomas and his crew did a great job. I would recommend everyone Infinity air and cooling for the great price and excellent installation.

I was highly satisfied with the excellent service provided by the staff and technician of Infinity Air. They sent to my house Devin to diagnose the problem with my AC. He was so patient and thorough in checking and diagnosing the problem and cause of leak of my outdoor AC even if he was working under the extreme heat weather (103) outside at 3 pm. He answered all my questions and was very polite and kind, and explained the situation, and the remedies/options to take to resolve the issues. Such a great job Devin. I also commend the excellent customer service of Cat (office end) for providing the prompt response to my queries and extending help. I highly recommend this company.

We decided to switch from propane to electricity. Our wonderful service tech, George, took several pictures. Alex worked us up an estimate. Eduardo and Armando spent the day and installed the beautiful system. Everyone at infinity was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Eduardo and Armando were patient explaining to us how to work our new system. Infinity was outstanding from start to finish!

AC going out on the first hot day of the summer is always stressful, especially when your units are not the newest. I was so relieved when I got in touch with infinity. From the first call- the girls in the office Kat and Alex were extremely kind and accommodating. They worked hard to get us in right away despite having a full schedule.

Our technician arrived quickly and assessed the issue. We were expecting the worst- but were surprised to find our repair quote to be 70% less than our first quote.

Less than 24 hours later our unit was running beautifully- and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Painless from start to finish. I will be referring everyone to infinity heating and cooling !

My air conditioner went out in my condo when it was 112. They were so responsive and came within 24 hours, spent hours changing filters and fixing things. Our AC had not had appropriate maintenance. They even came back immediately to fix another problem with a valve that declared itself as not working. Repair is guaranteed for 35 days. Recommend them highly.

Infinity is a professional and trustworthy company that I will use for all my business and personal HVAC needs. Their techs are highly knowledgeable and communicate with the costumer in a manner you’d expect from a solid contractor. Calling for a repair to a/c or the like is not ideal in Vegas but Infinity makes the process much more manageable.

We were lucky enough to get a same-day appointment and the technician was even earlier than the appointment, which is great when the AC is out. Very nice guy, got straight to the problem, swapped a part fast and or house was cooling off again. The experience was just as good as when we had the unit installed 5+ years ago.
