Our air conditioner stopped working. We called ECO Friendly, and Phillip and Israel were here within a half hour! They did some troubleshooting and determined it was the capacitor that had gone out. The great thing is they had one with them(no need to leave, or order a new one) they had the new one installed in minutes, and we had cold air blowing! Good job guys. Now that's good service!

I had an issue where my A/C sounded like it was turning on but wasn’t blowing cold air. ECO Friendly Air Conditioning & Heating sent out Juan, who quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be a failed contactor, and thankfully, he had the replacement part on hand and got it fixed right away. Juan explained everything clearly, including some helpful tips on how to get the most out of my system. I really appreciated how efficient and prepared he was — no waiting around for parts or second visits. This was my first time using ECO Friendly, but if I ever have issues with my A/C again, I’ll definitely be reaching out. Great experience from start to finish. The best Heating repair Las Vegas Eco Friendly Air Austin came out to our house assessed the system figured out what was wrong. Replaced the inducer motor and now our heating is working perfectly. Will recommend all my friends and relatives.

They need to update their hours because it says they are open 7 days a week, but they are closed on Sunday, and I drove over an hour to get a part only to find the place locked.

Dont you just like going to a place where they attend u , make u feel welcomed, wanted, greeted, help you, have the parts you need? Make u feel like your ahuman , they ARE HUMAN TOO! Not machines and not just another number.
Never in all me years have i given 5stars,!! But one other location which is a Restaurant... at most I personally always give 4STARS, at most ,Bcuz good service&materials come and go .. like people. People change. Simple changes can make or break a company, in my opinion.
This was/is that one exception found to be tru to its Game. In and out in less then 5min.. oh my!! I see a long future with this place and Team. Thanks Guys.
