From start to finish, Brandon was an excellent communicator—always clear, professional, and responsive. He consistently showed up on time for every consultation and measurement appointment, which gave me a lot of confidence in his reliability.

Brandon installed our new furnace and AC exactly within the timeframe he had estimated and at a price we felt was very fair and competitive. What stood out most to me was how different this experience was compared to another contractor I had worked with before. With that company, communication was all over the place, and I often felt like I was chasing them down just to get answers. With Brandon, it was the complete opposite—I never once felt like I was begging for business. Instead, I felt valued and respected as a customer every step of the way.

I had Dominic and Juan from Eco Friendly come by and they did an HVAC repair and also a preventative maintenance . They was very polite and listen to every issue I had !!

ECO Friendly did an outstanding job resealing my air conditioning/heating ductwork. They found leaks and made sure all were correctly sealed and cleaned. Julian did a great job!! he’s a hard working young man who’s serious about his trade. Phillip has taught him well!

Eco Friendly Air did an excellent job doing resealing all of my duct work on air conditioning and heating units in the attic. They definitely did all the work according to the code. They showed before and after pictures of the work they did. We would use them again for future work, and we would recommend them to our family and friends. Great job, Julian! Job well done.

We had our ducts replaced about 18 months ago. The ducts were in bad shape. They took pictures to "show" what they did. The house was very very dusty.
A year later the house is still horribly dusty. I had all new windows put in thinking that was the issue. That didn't fix the issue either. I got an email from company asking for review. I told them about the dust issue. They wanted to charge me 129.00 to come out and look. I told the of the warranty and after several back and forth they agreed to come out and look for free. They were supposed to show up between 10-12 at 1:30, they arrived no phone call to apologize for being late. All the tech wanted to do when he arrived is show me pictures of what they did an tell me my filter needed changed. Would not listen to me or my mother as to there is still an issue with the amount of dust. Just continued to show me pictures. Finally just asked him to leave.
I will never use this company again. They don't even listen to their customers. I will never recommend them to anyone. I'll be calling the BBB.

I needed some parts for my furnace and couldn't just purchase them at my local hvac stores because i didn't have a business license. im a DYS kind of guy and wanted to fix my own heater.
I contacted ECO friendly and was able to purchase my parts right through them.
They were shipped overnight to me and I got my heater going right away.
I will definitely do business with them time and time again.
I was also offered a tutorial on how to install the parts, but I already knew how to install them so I just thank them for their services.
