Our tech Alex was one of the best experiences I have ever had with service people. Not only was he quick to fix our broken AC (in vegas in august... with a Newborn), but he even went so far to show us things to look out for in the future to better know if it's working or not. Highly recommend this small-business, they were awesome. So thankful we found them.

My appointment was at 9am the guys were at my door at 9am. I've never seen that with any service companies, like never, nobody does that. Very knowledgeable, very experienced and genuine guys, which is very hard to find these days. Replaced all my AC and Heating systems same day in less than 8 hours. Very happy with them and the price was much much cheaper than all the other companies that gave me an estimate. You won't regret if you choose Prozone. I'd give them 10 stars if I could...

I’m leaving 3 stars because I don’t know if the issues I’ve had are by coincidence or not.

I called in for the discounted tune up for my AC unit. A few weeks later my unit stops working. The same company dispatched another tech that stated the tune up check should’ve included the issue he now found with my unit which I need to replace.

Spent $15,000 on a New York two stage unit because I was flying out of the country and had to get the situation handled since I have a tenant. (I was told I could’ve saved $3,000 on this unit by some other HVAC techs but I’m not positive. I was in a rush)

A few months later, they call to schedule free winter maintenance. Temperatures start to drop and I notice my heater has a hard time keeping the house up to the correct temperature for two weeks. It’s another week before they are scheduled. I called a friend to just look and see and the furnace valve was turned off. Apparently the permit inspector could’ve possibly turned it off during inspection and forgot to turn it back on. I cancelled my winter maintenance to say the least.

I’m not sure if it’s just lack of procedures in place or if their quality of customer service is going down. They’re highly rated by so many people so maybe this was just my experience.

I had been run around by a previous hvac company for weeks before contacting ProZone. I cannot say enough that I am so glad I did!! I am so impressed with their work and thoroughness. Derek was my technician and he was so knowledgeable, transparent, and put my mind at ease. Cannot recommend him enough!

I just had my AC install yesterday, And what a great experience it was. Verdant the owner was amazing. He was so honest, reliable, He answered all my questions and explain to me whatever I didn’t understand. His Price for my AC was The lowest price from four other companies. All his workers that came were very nice and friendly I felt very comfortable with them. They all wore their face masks and foot covering.After they were done they did a great job cleaning up. I definitely will be using this company again. If you ever need to replace your AC, Pro Zone is the best place to go.

Absolutely wonderful team of skilled and friendly members! My AC went out earlier this week and they were out within 8 hours to take a look at it. They explained everything in detail and provided fast, easy, and affordable options replace the AC. They had the entire unit replaced within 36 hours of my initial inquiry. They were super friendly and very kind towards my young son who asked a millions questions and talked their ears while they worked. I highly recommend their services!

Follow up: Ended up replacing my HVAC systems with ProZone. Upon arrival Jaime and his team did an outstanding job explaining how the removal/installation worked and expertly answered every question and concern. The installation and QC went smoothly and they ensured everything was cleaned. I was nervous about replacing my HVAC systems, but everyone I’ve dealt with at ProZone made it easy, from the honest assessment that my systems needed to be replaced (they were 20 years old) without high pressure sales tactics all the way through product selection and installation. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services/replacement.

Original: Technician came out to house for routine maintenance. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and explained in detail that my systems are old and should be replaced soon without painting a picture of doom and disaster. No high pressure sales tactics just an honest assessment, which I greatly appreciated.

I picked ProZone because of their 5 star rating and I wasn’t disappointed. They setup up the quote appointment quickly. The quote they gave me was better than a quote from another company. The install workers were very friendly and got right to worker. Everything is working fine and I am very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend ProZone.

We started with a basic AC check with a popular AC company in town, and the rep found evidence our unit had caught fire at one point. They didn’t know how it was working before but it couldn’t safely be turned back on without the repair. It was summer. That company’s quote was over $3000 to fix. I went looking for a second opinion and came across the reviews for ProZone. Many mentioned honest and upfront so I decided to call. Ashley answered and was able to fit us in that night and let us know our unit probably had a warranty. Alex was the tech that came out after he finished his other calls for the day-9pm! he was so nice and true to the reviews- honest and upfront. He was able to fix and finish everything up in less than an hour for less than $500. Highly recommend ProZone! They’ve got our ongoing business now.

I called them around 6 PM. Two guys showed up on my doorstep at 10 AM the next day they were great! They were professional, they were polite. Apparently, my AC/heater unit was completely broke. It took them about six hours to fix it but they did not leave my house until it was fixed. So my family and I are grateful for that. Need more businesses with such a high quality of service. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend! Great service

Very pleased with Ashley over at prozone. There was initially a bad interaction with the technician (we all have bad days?) who was sent out to give me a quote. I called the office to see if they would be willing to provide a quote directly over the phone and Ashley was very happy to help and also provide some custom service recovery. Very pleased with her handling of the situation and she provided me several options for a replacement unit. Ultimately was not able to find the financing that made sense for me with ProZone. They definitely made me feel better about my initial impression and I would definitely suggest giving them a shot.

Had an issue with my ac and they came in the same day to check it.
First interaction with the office was great and the tech was very polite and professional.
He explained everything and showed what he has to do and after my approval he fixed it.Prices were reasonable and service was fantastic.They are my go to for all my air conditioning needs.

After four other companies kept rescheduling me, I contacted ProZone Air Conditioning. The rep was very nice on the phone and made an appointment for me between 3-5pm the next day. However, I was called the next day saying they would be able to see me at 10am. Alex came out and after 5 minutes he was able to inform me of the problem and gave me several options to fix it. Alex is very informative and he also educates. He has a great sense of humor, and very transparent. I would recommend ProZone AC to EVERYONE I know. I also recommend to contact them FIRST before trying someone else.

I received same-day service after reporting an issue with my AC. Vardan efficiently handled the situation, thoroughly explaining the work he completed. I was kept well-informed through email updates about Vardan’s arrival time and also received a phone call with an approximate ETA. Ashley was also in touch with updates, providing excellent customer service. I just recently had Prozone do a full system replacement at one of my properties. Everything went well, from the team of 3 installers to the contractor (Ken) who came in to repair the drywall and redo the paint. I had a very positive experience. The installation wasn't rushed, the technician Jaime Villegas and his crew arrived on time, they were friendly and knowledgeable, always prompt to answer my questions. It's early July 2024 now and I just had technician Ethan come in for my 6-month courtesy follow-up maintenance after my full system replacement in January 2024. Ethan arrived on time, answered all my questions, and was very professional. He made sure to check that everything was working appropriately, he cleaned/washed the outdoor unit, did system inspection, preventative tune up. I recommend the annual maintenance from $150-199 a year. They come twice a year to maintain and clean your system. It’s worth it I just know my system will last long and prevent from any issues in the future which can be costly.
