We were new homeowners who unfortunately had to face HVAC major issues in our new place. Summer just started so we have to do something since we have kids and it will be so hard if kids suffer this extreme hot weather as Summer starts. Our AC stopped working for almost 2 weeks. Can you try to imagine our life and how we suffer? Our home warranty was useless and charging us a lot. We tried looking for second opinions but they charge us more. We don’t have the resources to spend that much since we just moved in to our new place. Until, a friend’s neighbor recommended Prozone. We were initially kinda hesitant but good reviews and recommendations made us convinced to give this a try. Alex Valencia was sent to diagnose and gave us estimates based on what can be done. He was so accommodating and he did his craft super differently from the others. He also tried putting himself is our shoes as new homeowners. He was actually a heaven sent. We were so happy the way Alex helped us with everything and he tried scheduling the installation services the following day. Prozone men came over and did their services professionally with much patience from past 3 pm until almost midnight! That was a great workmanship! They didn’t leave us without completing our HVAC system installation and replacing the furnace and fixing other stuff. Now, the kids are more comfortable enjoying Summer in our HOME.

The technicians did a great job!. They replaced the broken part in my AC unit and now it's working great! Paid a fair price and they were able to get it done before any other company could. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs or replacement. Their unit replacement cost was $2,000 less than another company in town.

Had a great experience with ProZone. Left a service request Sunday night and got a prompt call Monday morning. Had a tech come out that day and did an excellent job replacing a HVAC fan. Will definitely use them again.

David came out to my home to repair my furnace. He was up front and transparent about the pricing. He checked to see if any of the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty. He returned the next day with the new parts and was great to explain what he had replaced. He was professional and honest. I feel good about the choice I made to use ProZone.

Was having some issues with my AC, I contacted him, set a time, he showed up as agreed, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed in his truck, and repaired the issue. Cost was less than expected.

All I can say is I was very pleased. I'm now using ProZone for maintenance service as well. I have three units for about 3600 sq ft. ProZone pricing was better than other quotes I received and again done professionally and at the time we agreed to.

This company has the most professional employees. Colton B. was the only technician I have received service from that wore shoe covers when servicing us. My family dreadfully went through a month of 98 degree weather home! We were booking hotels, 6 COMPANIES came out & no one knew what the problem was, we had the “New” unit replaced twice in 24 hours due to it not properly being installed. Colton came & within 30 mins- 1 hour my air conditioner was working!!!!! What a relief and a joy. I thought we would have to vacate for a few months or be opted to terminate our lease early due to unlivable conditions. This is definitely my go to company always & forever.

Vardan was great. Communicated well, addressed my AC leak with seal and Freon. Now it works great. In and out in 30 minutes. Fair and transparent pricing. Told me upfront how much the cost we pull be upfront, so no surprises or hustling me into buying a replacement unit. Loved the service and will use him again if needed. A++++++

In preparation for the cooling season, I had a routine preventative maintenance service performed by ProZone air-conditioning and heating today. The technician, Derek arrived on time, gave me a quick brief as to what he was going to do and where he needed access. I noted he protected my property by putting on booties while working inside and was careful around my furniture and items. Being in the Operations and Maintenance industry myself, I was impressed with the systematic and thorough approach he took and his knowledge and experience. Thank you for a job well done.

I've been struggling with a cold house for a while and kept asking my building's super to fix it, but nothing happened. So, I finally decided to call these guys. They were quick to respond and worked efficiently. In just an hour, they not only heated up my home but also brought warmth back into my life. Great service!

I had an excellent experience with Prozone Aircontioning and Heating. Each and every person who came here was professional and knowledgeable! I ended up getting the unit replaced as well as my hot water heater. Existing HVAC system when I purchased my house last year was a 2011 model. Immediately purchased a maintenance membership with Prozone to stay on top of system maintenance come summer and winter seasons. Earlier this year, I started to think about replacing the HVAC unit. Held off until the summer season for the next maintenance check on the existing unit. When that maintenance check was completed, Derek informed me that the unit was functioning properly but that the blower motor was near the end of its life. Did not surprise me given the unit experienced nearly 13 summers and winters. That confirmation from Derek validated my intention to replace the HVAC unit. I called up Ash who is quite cordial and professional. Took a minimal amount of time to go over my estimate selection and get the installation scheduled in for this past Thursday.
Manu and Ace arrived at my house between 8 am - 9 am which was well within my scheduled arrival window. Both guys were quite friendly and got right on the installation after a brief meet and greet. Removal of the existing unit and installation of the new unit was like a clockwork process. That is a great thing. Took about 5 to 6 hours including cleanup. What I appreciated about these new friends is that they didn't treat me like a rushed business transaction for the sake of getting the job completed at warp speed, so they could move onto the next appointment.
Could not be happier with my new HVAC system. With the 10-year parts and labor warranty, which is less than a thousand dollars, makes me have to worry about my HVAC system a little bit less.
I recommend purchasing the maintenance membership from Prozone, especially if you have them install a new HVAC system. That way, you stay on top of the maintenance of the system as well as having the same set of hands from the same company maintain the system instead of bouncing around my company to company.

ProZone AC recently installed a new unit in our condo and we could not be happier. Not only did we get a great price, the workers did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. Alex came out this morning earlier than expected and did a great job and was very easy to talk to. Another company had come out the day before and had said the AC unit needed a new compressor or a total replacement, but Alex put in a new capacitor and everything worked fine - cold air restored!! Plus prices were much better than the other company anyway. When major repairs or replacements are needed I’m calling Prozone again for sure.👍🏻🙏🏻😊

Encountered some issues with our AC system. Thankfully, we were recommended to this team who provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution. I was impressed by their outstanding customer service and overall great and quick job.

We used Pro Zone because our fan wasn’t turning off on our AC. Our technician, David was amazing. He was in time, so very honest & ended up saving us thousands of dollars. We had originally called One Hour Air who told us that we needed a complete new AC & quoted us at 12,000 bucks. David fixed our problems for under 1,000. We will definitely be lifetime customers of Pro Zone. Two thumbs up & 5 stars in our opinion!

From the first call to Ashley to the best service tech Alex thank you for the best service I've gotten in Vegas in over 20yrs. Alex is amazing, he helped me figure out my a/c and taught me a few things while doing it, great personality and professional and all around good guy. So the other day my AC died, it was 102(!!!)
Vardan came quickly to give us an estimate, he was panctual, respectful, efficient.
The next day i got a text with the name of the guys that going to come. They were on time, and they worked fast, it was super hot in the house.
They made sure everything is working fine, before they left. When i had a question they answered quickly from the office.
