Adam did a great job from start to finish. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. The work was high quality and efficient, and I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone needing HVAC work and will definitely be using him again.

I can’t say enough good things about the tune-up Adam did. He was friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Justin, performed a plumbing tuneup for us today. He was thorough, efficient, and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the visit. He even went above and beyond to address other concerns we had with a very pleasant attitude… something that is hard to find these days. The extra effort he displayed, was much appreciated!! He is definitely an asset to this company. Next time, we will be requesting service from him.

We are so glad to have found Super Service on Yelp. We had a similar service in CA but unfortunately they didn’t have offices here in NV so we were on the hunt for a vendor who provided superior service. Our technician (Rainier?)was on time, very communicative, friendly, respectful of our new home and very knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system. He answered my many, many questions, explained the layout of our equipment and provided several recommendations to keep our system running optimally. We ended up signing up for their annual maintenance program which included 3 visits per year (heating, plumbing and AC) and got to cash in on their current promotion of two years for the price of one. We have to say we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

My two technicians today were Jonathan Alvarez Feliciano and Ranier Ranido, and I can’t say enough good things about the two of them! They both went above and beyond, they were incredible knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I could not have asked for better service or technicians. They were very respect and even entertained the many questions that my six year old son felt the need to ask 😂. This company is one of a kind, and I’ll be sticking with them for the long haul 😊

I needed to replace old thermostats with new Z-Wave Smart thermostats. The heat pumps needed to be rewired and reset. Lorenzo showed up on time and understood what needed to be done. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The best part of this call was the price. Super Service did it for half of what other providers wanted so I was very happy with the service and the value.

Jeremy was the technician assigned to our furnace maintenance. He was courteous, professional and transparent in assessing the work that needed to be done. Our furnace hadn't been serviced since our house was built, so it certainly needed some attention. Jeremy gave us multiple options, from "just enough to maintain performance" to "replace the entire unit, as it is 15 years old." Their flexibility gave me choice to pick the service that fit into my budget, and let me decide when it's time to replace the old unit with a new one. I didn't feel like I was being hard sold, which is rare in this town. They're called "Super Service" for a reason!

We had Adam come for our furnace tune-up, and we were incredibly impressed! He arrived on time, walked us through exactly what he'd do, and took the time to check our system thoroughly, even patching a small duct tear he found. He explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable about our furnace's performance. Thank you, Adam, for the outstanding service!

Lorenzo came out and explained what was wrong with my current AC HVAC and gave me information on a completely new HVAC. Daikin is the new HVAC they are installing at a discount compared to the other company. Great service & professionalism. Feel good supporting a local business and not a big conglomerate pluming company.

I have a maintenance policy for the year. Today they checked my hot water heater and all water systems in the kitchen, bathrooms and outside. Jonathan was so nice, polite, and knowledgable He did a great job and didn’t rush through. He took his time to make sure his assessment was accurate.

I recently had Adam from Super Service Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing perform a furnace tune-up, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I was dealing with AHS insurance and very disappointed at their lack of integrity, not honoring their promised services to customers ("repair or replace") options , and game playing , losing my trust for companies in general. I read so many wonderful reviews about Super Service Cooling & Heating with great customer satisfaction and decided to give them a try. Rail came to my house , assessed the situation of my AC/Heat Unit , gather information and gave me options. I also needed a company to financed this upon qualification.He was knowledgeable and informative. One of the things that impressed me the most is they tackle problems & find possible solutions. What a blessing! Super Service C & H. was able to see my situation on Friday , get paperwork done and the next day Saturday sent a crew of workers removed my old unit out and installed a new one. Who does that with such transparency and promptness! They sent Angel and Carlos to do the installation. Angel was polite, knowledgeable, informative, and both worked so quietly - hardly felt any noise. Good positive personality, respectful, helpful- a real Angel! I can now understand why this company has high ratings and good customer satisfaction.

Michael was the man! He arrived within a few hours, in a clean and nice van, upon receipt of my request for plumbing repairs and provided me with a reasonable estimate, which wasn’t the cheapest among all, but their membership program made me to proceed with his company.
