I needed a 20" duct 90 by the weekend and they wouldn't sell it to me. Luckily my brother recommended Baker Distributing, they had what I wanted in stock, at a better price and didn't give me any BS about not having a HVAC license. I will not use AC Pro because I can't and I will tell anyone who will listen about my negative experience.

Yeah service tech Scott came out to evaluate my heating issue. It was a circuit board problem, but rather than charging me $500 to replace the board like everyone else wanted to he said there was just a little solder missing & he applied some & we are back up & running.
