I'm very happy with Discount Air! DeAndrew fixed my unit quickly. He is very knowledgeable and efficient and explained his work clearly. I will ask for DeAndrew next time my units need service!

I use Discount Air for all of my seasonal and repair needs. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is running well and will do so for the future. DeAndrew has come out a few times. One time he was able to actually assist me in extending the condensation line out to the edge of my roof for my AC unit and he also measured my odd sized filter and was able to order and install a new one. They also are very flexible with scheduling and give a heads up via text when on the way. Will use again.

DeAndrew was so professional. My husband and I got 4 estimates. DeAndrew was the only tech. that got dirty. This shows a lot of professionalism and dedication. He ain’t scared to get dirty. DeAndrew was amazing, he was timely, professional and updated us along the way as well as an estimated time of completion! Summer heat is never fun but he gave of the confidence that we would be back up and running in no time!

DeAndrew was a great service tech when our AC unit gave up around the end of August 2022. He was straightforward when asked questions about what the issue was, and advised that a Band-Aid fix would not last. It may be more expensive, but it would be more to our home’s advantage to have the unit replaced instead of just fixed. So far, we are pleased with the functioning of the new unit.
Only time will tell if the new unit will cause a decrease in our power bill as stated by the installation technician and very informative office representative, Carrie.

DeAndew is an exceptional technician, highly skilled and thoroughly professional. I won’t call anyone else for HVAC needs because he delivers such outstanding service. My 7 year old unit was diagnosed and repaired within 45 minutes. You can’t beat that!

DeAndrew Lewis was our Tech ,and came to help us very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with the unit. He took multiple pictures of the issue to show us what went wrong. I am very happy with his service. I wish more Techs were like him.

The AC went out upstairs in our house (so we thought), called around and was told that we have a bad motor that needs replacing. Called Discount Air and they sent out DeAndrew Lewis. He was very friendly, professional and showed a great deal of respect. He checked the thermostat and the unit itself but found nothing. After going into the attic, he noticed that the unit was getting cold but periodically. After further assessment, he discovered a loose wire and quickly secured it properly. AC is working great and there was no attempt to up sale or report things that weren’t actually broken.

Hard to complain about anything. The Sales Rep was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and made his presentation without pressure. The pricing was appro. 2k less than the competitors and the installation crew was equally proficient. They were prompt very efficient in their work and cleaned up completely after they were finished. Highly recommended.

This company is wonderful. I did a lot of research last year. We needed to replace our A/C unit and we went with this company. Local owed and customer service is wonderful. They called a year later to schedule a cleaning and check up. Steve A. Came out to service our unit. Was super nice and explained what he was doing. On time and very friendly I highly recommend this company.

DeAndrew Lewis helped install my new Goodman unit in 2019 and he has taken very good care of me ever since. I called for service at 8 o’clock on a Monday morning with heater problems. He was at my door in an hour and problem was solved in 15 minutes. Something was tripping the breaker. I can always rely on DeAndrew to take care of business. Thanks

Kari & her team are great! They were recommended years ago on a Facebook group and ever since that first call iv used them! I really liked the honesty from the first visit and i won't go to anyone else. I trust them with my home.

Alejandro came out during the peak of summer to fix our AC. He was honest and gave us realistic expectations for our old unit. When we were ready to get a new unit Carrie was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Installation went smoothly, was quick, and worry free due to their awesome crew Mike and Alejandro. They were respectful of the house and were very friendly. So happy we went with this company!

Last year our furnace went out and Discount Air came and installed a new one. Later our heat wasn’t as strong as it should be and they sent out a tech (DeAndrew) to come and look at it. They honored the warranty from the previous install and explained to me what the issue was. Came in a timely manner and took care of us. Recommend!
