We noticed that our AC wasn't working as it normally does, so we called Fast & Affordable since they did a great job last time we used them. They definitely didn't disappoint this time either. I called at 2:55pm and they said that someone could be here between 3-5pm, which surprised me as I was expecting sometime tomorrow. So you can expect my surprise when the technician, Andrew, showed up at 3:45! He got to work fast and had everything done within 30 minutes. They definitely live up to their name and they should probably add "Friendly" to it too. Andrew was very nice and did a great job.

Andrew did a great job! He’s attentive to detail. And Angie’s quick response is superb! Took care of me right away! As always! Great team!

When I called they setup an appointment pretty fast within 2-3 days. Eric was my tech. Very professional. Asked me a few question about my system and went to work. Fixed my A/C, and my thermostat. The tech even cleaned up when he was done. I'm ready for summer now!!
I definitely will call them again if I have problems or need a new A/C system!!

We really appreciated that the company offered 24/7 availability. After replacing the thermostat batteries, our downstairs AC stopped working—definitely not ideal in triple-digit summer heat. Fortunately, they were able to send someone out that same night. Andrew was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 11 p.m., and he was great to work with. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, helping to cool our home down again. We’d absolutely use their services again for any future AC problems.

BEWARE OF FAST AFFORDABLE AIR - Happy anniversary! it was 1 year ago today that your service team came out to look at my air conditioner that froze up during the 120+ degree heat wave we were experiencing.
On July 22 2024 I was told that the main unit was shot and needed to be replaced (only needed a fan motor) and was told that the downstairs unit was also on it's way out, then I was handed a quote for $30,277.92 to replace both A/C units.
Skeptical ??
I called another company for a second opinion, during their inspection the service man discovered that the shader valve caps had been recently removed on one of the units causing the A/C coolant to leak out. (typical serviceman's trick)
I called the office of FAA immediately, the office manager sent a different service man out to pump up the coolant and put the shader valve caps back on the unit. The other unit just needed a fan which was replaced by my home warranty company. Since the service call with Fast Affordable Air on July 22, 2024 All is well and healthy with both of our units.
In closing I say this: Even though this company gets good reviews I wonder how many people replaced their A/C units unnecessarily.
QUESTION EVERYTHING and don't fall victim.

I've used them for five years, maybe 11 different visits, worst I can say about them is they used AI on their customer service (which appears to not be the case anymore). I have paid for their comfort membership for years, they just got done cleaning the coils of five different units and it was included, and have come out three times this summer to keep things working, including fixing an old unit on an incredibly hot day and then warrantying it for a decade with the membership.

Andrew just got done here and he was lovely and helpful and got the job done. In the five or so states I've lived in I haven't found a contractor more reliable than Fast Affordable air.

Completely honest diagnosis of issue(s) with the old unit (got a matching second opinion, since new units are pricey). Was given a very competitive, itemized printed estimate with a total breakdown of costs (not just a price over the phone like many others) for the new unit. Answered all my questions & concerns with no B.S. Got the new unit installed just TWO days after "pulling the trigger" to purchase a new unit from them (but admittedly was done before the busy summer season).The replacement of the roof unit was performed at the exact scheduled time & date & completed in less that 3 hours. The new unit comes with both a 10 year parts AND limited labor warranty (no one else offered that second part!!). Fast, highly professional, great pricing & warranty - and above board in all interactions with them. I do not have one negative thing to share regarding my entire experience with Fast Affordable Air from start to finish. Such a pleasure!

I had a new AC unit installed today. They installed it so quickly. The technicians were incredibly professional & polite. They cleaned up after themselves really well. I couldn't have been happier with the process today and the overall process as well. When we first called in, they got someone out to look at it the same day. The office staff were helpful and prompt. I'm really happy with the service I received from start to finish.

Tim was an excellent technician. The job was completed quickly and at a great price. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future HVAC needs.

This place has a near-perfect score on Google Reviews for a reason. They sent Johnny out to me on a Sunday night. He gave me the options to weigh and my unit was repaired for a very fair price (EVEN for a weekend night). I'll be calling back when it's time to completely replace my unit.

Highly recommend Fast Affordable Air. We got 8 quotes before deciding on having Fast Affordable Air, install our new ac unit and new furnace. They were by far the best price, on time for every appointment, and professional.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. starting off with speaking with Ardie. She listen closely to what my needs and expectations were and guided me to what I needed. She sent Sam out who is their expert diagnotician. Sam came out and recommended product to help solve the issues I was having. He's awesome! Next came Angie who scheduled my service. Angie is at your service and answers/addresses any questions or concerns you may have. If she doesn't know the answer she'll find out and get back to you. they never made me feel rushed or as if I was a bother with the questions I had. Love that! Then came Luis, Alex and Yuniel. these are the guys that came out put in my two air conditioners and did additional duct work. They are true professionals. I thought my house would be a mess with ductwork but not at all! They finished it off with Sam coming back to do a final check. This is truly a dream team! Folks do know that you get what you pay for. Air conditioners are expensive, but you need it done right! This review would not be complete without me thanking Tom, the owner, who paid very careful attention to what my needs were. He made sure the problems were solved with the airflow and dead zones in my house. Thank you all! My only recommendation would be to add a referral fee. My neighbor referred me. It would be so nice for them to receive something for services that are so pricey. After all a personal referral is the best thing a business can have. Andrew came to the rescue and was great! Very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. Very honest guy, he could have told me anything was wrong and I would have believed him since I know nothing about HVAC. But he was very honest and didn’t want me to spend a penny more than I absolutely needed to. I will definitely work with him and this company again in the future

For the last 8 to 10 years, I have used Fast Affordable Air, at this point, I would never use anybody different! They are professional, courteous and explain everything… Their work has never had an issue and I have never had to have them come back for the same issue. Their pricing is extremely competitive and fair I highly recommend them.
Also a big shout out to Andrew today for finding and resolving the issue in less than 90 minutes.

The name of the company speaks for itself. Love the staff. Always nice, they know what they are doing so don’t hesitate to ask questions you will get a clear answer. Really good service. All the technicians are great but I especially love Sam, Allen and Jonny. We are senior citizens, not familiar with all the new technologies. I cannot recommend this company enough. Everything from the initial call with Angie to the appointment with Jorge was beyond great. Angie was polite and accommodating with my scheduling needs. Jorge was communicative and timely. I’ve used two other companies prior, and neither one of them explained my AC unit like Jorge did. He broke down what was going on in terms I understood and presented options clearly. They are fast, affordable, and so much more.

We had a full HVAC replacement completed by Fast & Affordable Air, and I truly have only good things to say about Tom and his crew.

From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and extremely hardworking. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The installation was done carefully and thoroughly, and everything was explained clearly along the way.

One thing that really stood out was their problem-solving. In our condo, they were unable to locate the unit’s water shutoff valve. Instead of making it a building-wide issue, they worked around the situation and completed the job without shutting off the building water. I honestly don’t know how they managed it, but it showed real experience and consideration for both us and our neighbors.

The pricing was fair and reasonable, especially compared to other quotes we received, and there were no surprises.

Tom and Angie at Fast affordable air are the most helpful and honest people I've ever met in the HVAC industry. I recently had Fast Affordable Air replace my entire HVAC system (2 ACs, 2 furnaces) and I am in disbelief at how nice they set up my system. The quote was the most reasonable one I got and they took more time than any other company to figure out exactly what I needed and what would work for my house. For example, my house had always had a south facing side that was hotter than the other side and they took care of that as well by adjusting the ducts. You seriously won't find another AC company owner that is more honest, patient, and helpful. And their dispatcher Angie is the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable person I could have hoped to talk to. Really can't thank these folks enough. I hope Tom never leaves Las Vegas or sells the company! The man is a treasure to this town.
