We had a wonderful experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. We were impressed how quickly they services our heater with a same day appointment and we were really impressed with our technician, David Hernandez. He provided us with some great tips how to maintain our heater and we really just loved his attitude and professionalism.

We had David H. Come and give us a service estimate. He was fantastic! He was knowledgeable about our ac related questions and he actually was okay with my kids! My two boys cried when he left! He was kind to them & not many people are.

David went above and beyond our expectations. He gave us an estimate and he was thorough in his explanations, he was patient and most importantly he was friendly. 10/10 ask for David, even though the cost of our repairs and replacement is much higher than we ever anticipated, he made that stress load feel less intense in the moment! My husband and I appreciate the service David provided!

Alvin did a fantastic job. From the Air conditioning unit the vents. He cleaned out my vents as well as sanitized them all through the house. They were so much debris,trase and other stuff all over the air-conditioning unit he clean that too. Now my house is fresh smelling and those foul smells are gone. No more dust settling all over furniture and stuff, just fresh air now. Great job Alvin.

One Hour has been the only HVAC company I have used for 7 years. They are fair and honest - the techs are well trained and knowledgeable. Aidan has been to my house a few times, he's excellent. I have them check my AC and heating systems just before they need to be used. Preventative maintenance is better than anything breaking down when you need it, especially AC here in the summer.

Our experience with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating was phenomenal!
Leading with our technician Cristofer texting us ahead of his visit…with a picture of his handsome self! Upon his arrival and his insistence that he wear protective foot covers…Christoper proceeded to blow us away with how thorough and meticulous he was inspecting our furnace and generously taking a look at our AC unit at no extra charge! (I hope that last bit of information won’t jeopardize his position with the company…) In all, my wife and I were so pleased and enamored with Christoper’s professional, and oh so congenial manner!
If possible we’d be drawing up adoption papers for him…he’s that good!)

Aiden Crump is a very polite, respectful, professional young man who listens to your issues then gets to work. Checked out both A\C units on our roof making sure everything was in spec as well operating properly, paying special note to our issues we brought up. Everything checked out okay, operating within spec still. Thank you for sending him out to check our A\C systems to give us the comfort of not worrying! Have used this service for at least 5 years and they are wonderful. I have a yearly contract with them which provides twice a year check up and they always call me to schedule it, which helps. Service technician is through and explains the results of the inspection in plain English as I’m not a plumber.

The following technicians all did a great job installing our new Air Conditioning system!! Gustavo Alvarez, Francisco Pacheco, Daniel Laymon, Kevin and Jesus Becerra were all very polite, knowledgeable, answered all questions we had to detail and showing us all problem areas of our old A/C system! Hopefully we did not miss anyone's name! The entire team were superb in their performance as they worked collectively insuring a great system installation! We are now truly enjoying the comfort of our new A/C! We thank each of you very much for providing us with the best service ever!

We were very happy & impressed with ONE HOUR AC. The entire experience from getting a quote, purchasing, installation & after sales service was smooth sailing & super easy. They are thorough, reliable and great to do business with. Special shoutout to the team from salesmen Steve, technicians/installers Kevin, Albert & Bobby who came to install and left our place spotless to after sales technician Dylan who inspected the unit after hours on a weekend to ensure that everything is working well and that the weird smell was normal coming from a brand new unit. These guys are efficient, professional and they definitely live up to their name of ONE HOUR . Great experience & gave us peace of mind as home owners. We highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed!

David and Alex were great. AC stopped working at night and they came out quick and fixed the issue. Capacitor needed to be changed. No BS about needing a whole new unit. Very professional and knowledgeable. Good guys.

Aidan was an excellent technician, being very detailed, educating me along the way with all the questions I could answer as he assessed the problem. Detailed, pleasant, and efficient!

He arrived quickly, and we were able to see what was going on in a brief amount of time. We'll be installing after the part comes in and I will update when the progress.

Jorge is the best! He's patient with my million questions. He's on time and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better technician. Also shout out to Holly for her work in helping answer my questions, the many phone calls back and forth in trying to help me ensure I had the best experience and saved the most. Jimmy has been servicing our units for a long time. He is amazing. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail to me. I have been with this company for many Years and we have always been happy with their service. I do recommend them to all my friends. Even when we had an emergency in the middle of A snowstorm in Las Vegas They came out and checked our unit and made sure we were OK. Which I really appreciated. On March 8, 2026 me and my husband scheduled appt for our AC/Heater maintenance at the One Hour Air Conditioning/ Heating Company and they send a technician named Cristofer Umana, so professional on doing his job.. firstly he showed respect for our home; I said so upon entering our house he used shoe covers and he’s so friendly and courteous .. Hard working and helped me out with my system! The guys (Kevin, Gustavo, Ian, Ethyn, Junior) came in and installed my new system. My house is a lot cooler and quieter too. I will definitely recommend this company for your AC and Heating needs!

After contacting some Hour A/C & Heating and their thorough and reliable inspection of our system, I hired this company to replace our system. The company sent Gustavo and his team and no surprise that they surpassed our expectations. Not only were they courteous but also very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, from prep to full installation of the system and explaining the system in detail.

He took the time to explain the entire process of repairing vs. replacing our system, answered all of our questions, and was completely honest about his findings and recommendations. The installation crew was equally impressive. Alvin K., Henry P., Elijah C., Sef M., Jodeci T., and Brandon A. were all very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took pride in their work, explained each step of the job, and made sure everything was done carefully and correctly. We were especially impressed with Alvin, who went above and beyond to create a setup that will make future maintenance much easier.

I was really impressed with the communication regarding the people coming to install a new furnace. They were very professional and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them all.
