This company was happy to take my money to install a system for me but they won’t service it because they are too busy and the employee that installed it no longer works there. The owner, Phil, wasn’t professional enough to call me to discuss. I wouldn’t recommend them when there are so many other companies that stand behind their products. The tech came out and took my system apart, realized that he needed to come back the next day and then Phil killed the repair. My system was left in pieces.

We just had to leave a review for your guys serviceman Bronson! He was absolutely amazing! He met my husband at our new rental that was having ac problems. He was very helpful and answered all his questions! He was extremely fast yet thorough! He was very professional. He seriously saved us trying to move in, in 96 degrees weather was brutal. If you have ac problems you have to request Bronson we highly recommend him!

They came out quickly and fixed the issue rather than recommending replacing the entire unit like so many companies seem to do. So thankful for AC repair being done within a few hours of our initial call.

Worst company I have ever done business with. My unit is just over a year old and my house reaches 90°+ but the first time the owner Phil came out he tells me it's working but it's just hot outside. This was even still after stating my house was 95°. The next time he came out I received no phone call in advance so nobody was home and never even got a phone call stating anything after they left so I had to call and check and they again said it's fine. I can not get them to fix whatever is wrong and I have a 2 year old son, pregnant wife and 2 huskies yet the only answer I get is that it's hot outside. This company should be reported and shut down completely.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat!!! No only were they able to give me same day service; they were able to give me an appointment within an hour of my call. The representative was incredibly courteous and friendly. My A/C tech was Dusty and this guy is rockstar!! If you use this company you should ask for him. He was punctual, friendly and honest. He was able to provide quick and efficient service and above and beyond and answer all of my questions so that I could make comfortable decisions. While I hope I don't see him soon, I know I will be using this company when my A/C unit goes out because I truly believe they will give me a fair price. Honest companies are hard to come by these days and Expert Air is a company I would recommend to friends and family.

Choice home warranty denied my claim to repair my AC. We had been dealing without AC since July 7th, 2024. Because of some lazy worker at another AC company, who claimed nothing is wrong with my AC when it’s 88 degrees inside the house. It took 2 more week and entering different # for the warranty company to call me back to request a different AC company. Finally got different AC company, but choice home warranty denied my claim again ! Because it’s not due to wear and tear! On July 25, 2024 i finally called expert Air heating and cooling company. And again choice home Warranty denied my claim because I didn’t get permission from them, to call another AC company. When I told Phil the problems .. . him and his crew got my AC working that MondayJuly 29th and did not charge me an arm and leg! What a true blessing Phil and his crew.
Good people, trustworthy, and expert at what they do. I highly recommend Expert Air heating and cooling to anyone who has to deal with warranty company.

Contacted these guys today as they were working on a neighbour's AC. My fan was noisy when running. The tech checked my AC and capacitor was going bad, he installed the part then compressor would not kick in. I was told by tech that compressor was bad and fan motor was bad. I was a little baffled why all of sudden the compressor quit. Tech said it was going bad. Had tech install old capacitor and still compressor would still not work. They told me I would need a new AC unit. Tech took off and left my family with no AC. Talked to their office with my concerns and was told the capacitor had nothing to do with AC compressor, so basically they said they had nothing to do the compressor not working.

Had another company come out, as soon as the tech took the cover off where the capacitor was located, he found that the wires were not on correctly. He tested my original capacitor and it was fine. He put the wires on the right way on the capacitor then AC compressor came back on. He looked at the noisy fan and the bolts that hold the fan on were loose.
AC is now working and fan is quieter.

Thank You Snow Frosty for leaving my family with no AC because you tech doesn't know what he's doing, oh and you tried to sell me parts I didn't need!

This company's bold-faced lied to me 10 different times. They were replacing an AC unit at my house and ask them to hold off on taking the unit until the new unit was installed and until I spoke with the owners about it.. they were way more concerned in leaving with my old unit then they were concerned about installing the new one all they could care about was getting that recycle... These people are way crooked and will lie or say whatever they can to filibuster and get your old unit.. now I'm sitting here with no AC unit working and my old AC unit is long gone..

Technicians worked diligently and were easy to talk to . They didnt waste a moment removing and installing the AC system

I work for a real estate company, have been using Snow Frosty for about a decade now. Incredibly efficient, reliable, and very reasonable in price. They run promotional deals with HVAC tune ups and so on. This allows us to pass that savings along to our clients. They are frequently the quickest vendor to respond to our requests, same day services, quick turnaround on even larger jobs. I never have a problem getting in touch with them, and they have been delightful to work with. 5 outta 5 guys! It's been a pleasure.

An accident happened on July 4th during their service and has not taken an responsibility for their damages. Water leaked all over my wife's clothes and onto the hallway. There is a horrible smell going on and Daniel has been very defensive with me on this situation. It has been 4 days and mold is creeping onto us next. I have a family and dogs that I worry about.
Communication is awful and Daniel doesn't even bother to take care of ALL the water damages of my home.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

My AC unit was making a strange sound last night. I called my home warranty and Snow Frosty came this morning at 10 am. Got the job done in 45 min and saved me from a potential disaster!! Thanks everyone!

These people went above and beyond for me. I promised them the check would be here from my mortgage company two weeks after they install the unit and then I would pay them then. The check was stalled an additional 3 weeks. Then UPS lost it in Louieville, Ky.....that took 6 days....then additional two weeks to reissue it. They were concerned, however, they're incredibly accommodating and understood.The situation was out of my control. Aside from them being wonderful people, they put the unit in efficiently. Everybody was friendly. The ductwork looks great. They change some stuff around to make it more efficient.
And I can't wait until the house is done so that I can use my new air conditioner! All praise goes to Snow Frosty AC! Thank you!

I have worked with Snow Frosty for years. They are reliable, fast, and efficient. Their pricing is competitive and they are absolutely my go to. They also do water heater replacements! The people are this company are an absolute pleasure to work with and I recommend them 10 times out of 10.
