You cannot trust this company. The guy Mario went to in and check the a/c. He said he will get some fuse in order to fix the issue and never came back. We've waited and wasted our time. I called him but not answering the call. a day after, I called him using a different number and he answered. I asked him why he did that, he said"I don't know what to say". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A Plus was the contractor that my home warranty assigned when my downstairs unit went out. Had to leave a message to schedule service since it was after hours. They called to schedule as they opened the next day and Mario was at my house around 9:15 am. He had to get a part which he got but I was not home when he called back to install it. He had already gotten to my house and waited for me to get there. Given the temps here in Vegas, I thought this was above beyond since I know he was very busy and could have rescheduled me for the next day. He had the part on in no time. I would use A plus again and recommend them to anyone that needs AC service.

I had a leak test done April 11 and I specifically asked for an invoice or receipt of some sort DIDNT RECEIVE IT. haven’t heard from them and it’s now April 30th.
I just want to fix my AC 😂

Original 40 year old system died. Called in Dec. 12, Scheduled install next day for a new rooftop HVAC system. Luis was extremely professional, worked all by himself and did an amazing job. 4 hours to complete the installation. Thanks again Luis for all your great work! Cannot say enough good things!!!

April 30, 2023 upstairs AC unit not cooling. Called warranty company (of which ALL of them have just gotten progressively worse over the years), and they sent out A+ Heating & Cooling.

May 2, 2023 Raul shows up from the company on time within the designated window. He was professional, respectful, and very informative. He checked everything out and told us that the coil had a leak in it and needed to be replaced. He explained what the coil did, what he had to do to fill out paperwork, and how we needed to follow up with our warranty company and/or A+. He also explained why we needed to turn off that unit to avoid anything else breaking down on us. He took the time for customer service which is big for us.

May 4, 2023 we followed up with our warranty company because no one contacted us (but that will be on a different review.) Turns out that there were some "other" parts besides the coil that needed to be replaced, and the warranty company needed to know if we wanted to pay the additional $225. Well this is Vegas in the Summer, so of course let's get going. Parts ordered and was expected in five business days.

From May 11 to May 17, 2023, this is where A+ loses the stars. Honestly, if communication, follow up, and customer service was better, it may have been a five star review. Like I said, customer service is big for us. Without going into much detail of every call that we made to A+ (as they never called us back anytime they said they would), their lack of follow up and service here was just lacking. Owner please teach your people that if you say you will call back (at least three times on three different occassions), then call back. Don't leave your customers hanging.

May 19, 2023 Luis and Totoro show up well within the window appointment, and they were ready to work with the parts they needed. They were professional, courteous, and informative. They took the time to lay out floor covering and plastic to walk on and not make a mess. They were very clean workers, and appeared to have pride in their work. The work was completed within a few hours, and we were up and running with cool air again.

The techs that I dealt with (Raul, Luis, and Totoro) were top notch and good representatives of your company. My dealings with them were FIVE star easy because of their customer service. Obviously as techs, it goes without saying that they did a great job. THIS is what brings me back to a company to use again. The lack of customer service over the phone with the office, or whoever answers the phone, not so much.

For AC needs, I recommend A+ Heating and Cooling. I would also use them again for my AC and Heating needs in the future. Special thanks to Luis and Totoro.

Mario at A+ Heating & Cooling was absolutely amazing! They truly live up to the name of their company. Him and his assistant were very professional. They diagnosed my problem with my A/C unit and fixed it. There are a lot of shady companies out there in this field and I can truly say that Mario and the team at A+ Heating & Cooling is NOT one of those companies. I would absolutely recommend them for all your A/C and heating needs! I am grateful that I now have a trustworthy company to use in the future.

I needed to replace an old furnace quick in my home. The tech named Mario from Aplus came in and replaced the furnace. They were very reasonably priced, professional and scheduled the work when it was convenient for us. We highly recommend this company as the very best and reliable service, super happy with their services!!

This company is great, I called and they came the same day and fixed what was wrong. The technician Luis not only was efficient, but he explained and showed me what was the problem and how it was fixed. Great service and honest. They will be my go to HVAC company from here on out.

A+ Heating & Cooling is the only HVAC company we contact when we have a problem.

We bought our house a few years back. The house is older and has three air conditioning units. Shortly after moving in, we had a problem with one unit. A+ was the third contractor that came out.

A+ showed up on time, they were professional and respectful. A+ fixed the problem at a reasonable cost.

We have had to replace two units since and A+ did the work again at a reasonable price within the stated time.

I recommend A+ Heating & Cooling. I am confident that we can depend on them.

I had A+ Heating and Cooling come out to fix my compressor in may. They were very friendly and helpful. However, a few weeks ago I noticed they never replaced the cover on the electrical panel and we had exposed wires. No big deal, I called back to schedule a time for them to come out and replace it and they have been dodging me. They were supposed to come today to fix it, but never came or called to notify me. This was the third time we scheduled a time for them to come out that they have done this. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service from this company.
