Koldair has been an excellent HVAC service provider for us for more than 6 years. I love their spring/fall check maintenance plan to keep us in good working order no matter what.

This is the address I get for Chill Rite must of changed their name. I would stay away from these guys they have a contract with my company and all they do is change out AC units. Can’t even fix them!!! They just want to install new units then don’t show up when they say they are. I couldn’t imagine what they do to consumers!! They definitely are scamming my company. Usually a fan, compressor or capacitor but they want to replace the whole units, I wouldn’t trust these guys!!!

Koldair installed the new A/C for my home. This is my experience with this company, which was negative from the beginning. I am a senior on disability with a fixed income, which Koldair will aware of. After installation
my first heating bill was over 6X higher than any previous bill. Koldair checked the unit
stating "nothing was wrong " They did not check the thermostat even though I asked them to check or replace it. Koldair refused. I received a second bill that was even higher. Was told by Koldair "ITS MY FAULT FOR SETTING THE TEMPERATURE SO HIGH " Basically, they had absolutely no interest in helping me, None. I was able to find the problem in 5 minutes. The thermostat was not set to the correct internal settings. I did just that. I requested reimbursement for the money paid for their negligence. They refused. So this is information for you to consider. There are many other companies that are actually qualified to install an A/C unit correctly. And have customers as a priority. You will not find either with Koldair.

Our tenant incurred AC problem on a Friday. Edgar called us Friday to inform us he would install a portable AC unit for our tenant for one room which made the tenant happy .He contacted vendor Friday, Saturday and Sunday and each time he followed up with us as well. Edgar was not only professional but caring for the tenant and owner. He went above and beyond what a employee would do on a weekend. Edgar did everything he could to resolve this issue as soon as possible. By Tuesday we had the new AC unit installed and at a discount he willingly negotiated for us, the property owner. ..

Yesenia was awesome, professional and she was able to get someone out to me the very next day. Jordan came earlier then the appointment time but what I liked is that he called me first! He figured out the issue, had the part and was able to fix my issue at my appointed time!
