We had our annual maintenance visit today on two houses and while I've come to expect good service from TCC, today was exceptional. Danny came to our home and was very personable, explained any issues in detail with recommendations, and made sure we understood everything he did before leaving. And I heard nothing but praise for Ayad who provided the service at my father's home. This company is consistent --- they communicate well about appointments, arrive on time, make recommendations without pressuring you to spend money, and their prices for parts and services are well below the other companies we have used in the past.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from The Cooling Company! They recently performed a "next day install" of a new AC unit at my home, replacing a 16-year-old faulty unit that was causing high energy bills. The install technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They made the whole process quick and easy, and even took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left.

I'm particularly impressed with the iComfort M30 smart thermostat they installed. Its mobile app makes controlling the temperature a breeze, and it also seamlessly manages another AC unit in my house. It's such a game-changer for energy efficiency and convenience!

A special shout-out to Mr. Wellington, the owner of the company, who was actively involved in the process either in person or through phone communication. His dedication to ensuring our needs were met really stood out.

He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided great service. We signed up for another year. It’s great to know that problems are identified during routine care maintenance.

Beware of significant replacement parts markups (6X - 24X markups). They wanted to charge me $1,800 for a new fan motor & contactor + labor. Itemized was ~$1,000 for a fan motor, I found my model online for $150. They wanted ~$371 for a new contactor - I found my model on Amazon Prime for $15. I found someone on Thumbtack that supplied the replacement fan motor & labor to install them for $400. It took him 1.5hrs. The technician I worked (at The Cooling Company) with was very friendly, knowledgeable and did his job well. He did a good job of diagnosing the problem and he respected my decision to get a 2nd opinion. I understand margins and expect a little markup, but 6X - 24X is crazy

Technician arrived during prescribed time frame. Edgar identified himself and explained what he was going to perform in regards to the a/c tune up. After finishing he showed photos of each unit and explained what was checked and the units function results. He also provided with a new maintenance contract. The Cooling Co is a very reliable company.

I had a Sunday cooling emergency and after contacting 5 or 6 ac companies, the cooling company was truly there for me. I let them know that my husband is handicapped and really needed someone as soon as possible, they were able to get someone to do the repairs within a few hours. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, we were back and running within 30 minutes. The cooling company also offered a maintenance contract and I definitely took advantage of it. I am so grateful that the cooling company accommodated us, we can’t say enough about them. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an efficient and caring company for their cooling needs.

Several friends had their A/C units go out already this summer so I decided to get a maintenance tune-up. The Cooling Co tech was scheduled the next day. He arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, showed me pics of my rooftop units and communicated effectively all along the way. It was more economical to purchase the maintenance package so now I'm all set for them to return for a heat tune-up later in the year.

Edgar was fantastic and direct! This was our second time using the Cooling Company and both times we were explained the issue,.showed video, and was able to fix/replace same day. We had our Condenser Fan go out,.and while an expensive repair in general, the price was fair compared to other estimates of the same work in our area. We will use them going forward for all HVAC needs.

I had several people come out to give me bids on the new air conditioner, the cooling company was the first one I called I thought I would just get a cleaning and have it tuned up Edgar was a technician he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and was really honest about the life of my 28-year-old system that I had. Edgar was completely professional, knew what he was doing, explained everything as he was cleaning and tuning, and showed me how the system actually worked. Then I had their supervisor come out to give me a bid that was in the same ballpark as the others. I'd like the perks, and I feel very comfortable with the purchase, and it'll be the next day, which will be tomorrow, and so far, I am very pleased.

Yesterday, I had Edgar come out again to double-check my heating system for the upcoming winter. He was very thorough, took lots of pictures, explained everything that was done, and showed me that everything was in perfect condition. I am so pleased that I went with this company. I was kept in the loop from day one, and I'm very pleased.

Technician Edgar, was on time very thorough very polite and did an excellent job. He did exactly what he said he was gonna do and showed us to pictures everything that he did too. And I would highly recommend him and the cooling company.

Overall, the company has been pleasant to work with, easy to schedule with, and slightly more expensive than some other competitors. Truthfully though, Justin is the reason I chose this company for my commercial HVAC needs even with them being more expensive than other quotes I received. He's genuine, incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reliable!
