They just installed the new HVAC unit inside and out everything new and at the best price beating most major name companies. CARRIER unit. All of team is awesome from Chris who came to give information and details and pricing etc to Mr Milton and Mr Miguel who were the techs who did all the hard work doing instellation at site.

We were due for a new central AC system since our old ones were 30 years old. I reached out to a few companies for a quote and this company was the only one that didn’t try to upsell and quoted me exactly what we needed with a great price ($9300 for a 15.2 SEER2 5 ton Carrier system). Other companies tried to sell me Lennox for $18k. Chris was our technician and he was very professional, honest, and informative. We also loved his cheerful personality as well. We had a little issue with our AC fan and thermostat a few weeks after installation and Chris was able to come out and address the issues quickly. However, one little thing is that we had to go back to our alexa thermostat and his boss wouldn’t let me return the sensi thermostat and refund me. Instead they offered 1 extra year of maintenance. Seems fine to me but some people might still want that refund.

So thrilled to have found Frosty. Enrique is the best -- friendly, on-time, and let me watch what he was doing so he could explain everything to me. The kind of person you are happy to know to call in case something goes wrong.

I had been driving myself crazy trying to figure out hook up a smart thermostat to an old A/C unit. He figured out the wiring issue in no time and had the thing working. Super impressed and going to recommend Frosty to everyone I know.

The guys were great. Very professional. Explained everything. Took care of my house like it was their own.

My AC went out last night, and with temperatures over 100° here in Vegas, my house quickly climbed into the 80s inside. Thankfully, they came out early this morning, and Chris had my AC up and running in no time.

I called Frosty Desert Heating Air and Plumbing in the morning and spoke with Enrique for a plumbing estimate.
He was kind enough to come by in the early afternoon and take a look at my outdoor leaking pipe. Well within moments he was able to advise a diagnosis of an obsolete irrigation system and how I can cap the pipe. Thank you for your knowledge and help

An endless list of problems with this company. Owned by chris and enrique with only 2 employees. Verbal contract REWRITTEN after install. First month, no operating unit. Chris wanted to use my one-time compressor replacement, just 30 days in! Install issues and contimated pipes due to human error. But they kept blaning my Eco smart thermostat.
The last straw...i have 3 years service contract, the seasonal tune up.
Two employees showed up finally, after Chris not logging my appointment, per Enrique, who also stated this was the 2nd appointment not logged by Chris for this day.
I called the morning of ,of course to reconfirm since NO ONE had rhe decency to reconfirm. Prepped to be home for the 2-4pm appointment wndow, since they decided to now squeeze me in.
At no time EVER did any one of these clowns tell me that i must provide my own air filters for the seasonal tune up.
When 2 reps entered my house at 3:55pm, they went right to work. At NO TIME did they ask me for MY 4 air filters that I never even knew about! They said they didnt have any when i saw them upstairs no where near the Return. Only when i asked did they tell me i have to buy filters. So, were they just going to skip filters since it wasnt being mentioned, ever, by anyone? Kinda important! I believe they just were goinh ton do a shoddy tune up. Miraculously they found some air filthers in their van. These were the cheapest, crappiest filters!
Then...the gaslighting by Chris.
He claims they gave me a good deal.for all the work they did at install. Uh, what does that have to do with you not showing up teady for seasonal tuneup?
He said i should have called to make the appointment, yet texting always worked prevoiusly with Chris. Wasnt this nice of him to BLAME me? He said to see the contract, oh, the one he produced while the crane was lifting unit into my yard? Slimy....

Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Frosty Air. Smooth talkers up front who then reneigh on EVERYTHING! Buyer beware!
There are many other issues..but get the idea. Taking advantage of a senior...and blaming me for all their shortcomings.
Look at the crap filter they produced, on the left, compared to the quality of mine. Their cheap crap wouldnt even last a month in dusty Vegas.
I really now question all their 5 star ratings. They got their money... even while i still didnt have a working unit!

Enrique, Chris and their team did a fantastic job from the initial contact to the very fair quote and then the quick and careful installation of my full split-system replacement, providing explanations and answering any questions I had during the process. I’m so thankful that my friend referred them, and I would whole-heartedly recommend this knowledgeable, experienced and honest company to anyone who needs any sort of HVAC services. They also do plumbing and electrical, and of course I plan to use them if I need those services. What a great locally-owned company!

The experience with Chris! He was very professional and helpful, when explaining the problems I had fixed it and now everything is working fine. Most importantly he didn't try to scam me and I appreciate that alot.

Frosty Desert is all about the Customer First, a lot of companies will pay you lip service claiming this, but Frosty actually does it!

I'm a Disabled Marine Combat Veteran. I had originally called "Semper Fi" to have them come out and just do a well check/tune up/annual maintenance on my HVAC system since Summer is over and Winter is coming... My house is 8 years old...

By the time the Semper Fi Tech had left he had me almost convinced that my 8 year old HVAC was falling apart, the coils and drip pan were rusted out and about to start leaking coolant, the capacitors were failing, the fan motors were dying. They told me my 8byear old systems looks like they were 20+ years old and it was going to cost me $50,000.00 to replace both systems with new Lennox systems.

My in-laws used Frosty Desert back in June when their system went out, so I figured let's get a second opinion. I called and spoke with the owner, and he had his Specialist Chris come out (Chris is also a Marine Veteran). Chris walked me through my system and completely shredded Semper Fi's doom and gloom reporting of my system. From what we found, the most I need done is a couple Capacitor's changed out, no rust in the system, fan motors are working fine, everything looks pretty good and they look healthy for their age.

When I decide to change out my Capacitor's, I'm definitely having Chris come out and do it.

Frosty Desert is significantly more trustworthy and reliable than Semper Fi.

My old AC unit was long overdue for a new AC it ran for 21 years with some repairs done over the years in the middle of summer heat mid July it finally started having major evaporator leak which wasn’t repairable, I called a few AC contractors to get a quote for new AC and all of them here in Vegas are price gouging in the summer and most of the AC contractors are basically taking advantage of consumers with their sales people trying to make the most commission they can, so I did some research and came across Frosty Desert heating and air called them for a quote Chris from Frosty desert air came over he was very pleasant honest informative and direct, he gave me a quote which was very reasonable compared to other AC contractors after I scheduled the day for installation every step was communicated the technicians arrived on time finished the job on time, very clean install, I recommend Frosty desert heating and air over all big name companies. Ask for Chris or Enrique.

It seems like these guys are sending out unsolicited text message advertisements. So far as I can tell, I've never done business with them before (and I'm certain not in the last 18 months, so since my number is on the National Do Not Call Registry this even appears to be illegal). Guys, this should be very clear. It is extremely inconsiderate to get your robot to send me your marketing BS. You don't even appear to have a human responding to these. The scam calls and texts I get are bad enough. Imagine what would happen if every company that wanted you to spend money with them sent you unsolicited marketing on the device that is always on your person. This is not OK and I will not do business with anyone who thinks thinks my time has such small value.

I can't do a threaded response, so I'll just append it here. The owner has contacted me to apologize. I don't think there is any dispute here about whether this review is mostly accurate (or just my opinion) and I suspect there are enough good 5 star reviews for this one single star review to matter much. There was some automation in their texting system, but eventually I did get a human response. Also I was probably wrong about unsolicited texting being illegal (the FCC complaint submission process seems to indicate it is not). The core here for me is that I don't want to receive unsolicited texts from the hundreds of service companies in the city I live in (I suspect most people would find this annoying). I presume the owner will discuss this with the marketing firm running the campaign on his behalf.

My husband and I can't be any happier with the tremendous 10+ service, with professionalism, kindness and courteous staff. Called this morning, Enrique/Henry came out right away and had our new indoor and outdoor units installed starting at 2pm and completed by 6pm. Amazing service and pricing!! Thank you to your whole staff and team for providing exceptional service. Wish i could give you 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Call Frosty Desert for one of our rentals for AC repair turns out that my old system was about 20 years old. I had Enrique come out and was very knowledgeable and presented multiple repair and replacement options. After speaking with my wife we decided to replace the full system. Honestly Miguel from the install guys was great and explained everything. I truly recommend Frosty Desert for any AC & Heating repairs or replacement. You won’t be disappointed. Was excellent experience. No high pressure sales. No colorful binder filled with unnecessary photos and information. Just straight forward honest discussion. Technicians arrived on time and were friendly and efficient with their time. Prep and cleanup was better than expected. Went over how the system works along with the app And that the system was operating correctly. If you want to overpay, call the big guys. If you want a fair shake, work with Frosty and you'll end up happy like me.

My old thermostat was not working properly Tech Justin chaves nd found out the the new thermostat was not getting the right amount of voltage he fix the problem and also took his time to explain to my mother how to install the new thermostat on her found very professional
