Called Enrique after hours after my tenant got a ridiculous quote to replace the fan motor and capacitor. Not only did he run over to the house at night to pull the breaker for my tenant, but first thing in the morning he went out and picked up a new motor from his supplier and was at the house as the first service call of the day before 8 am. Was able to fix everything without access to the inside of the home since my tenant was already at work. Enrique was honest and straightforward, and he did what he said he would, at the price quoted (best price in town, for the record). I have always liked and relied on a different ac company for all my properties, but twice now in the last 2 months I have not been able to get a call back from them, even before 5pm. I’m glad I found Enrique bc I just switched over and now will be using him moving forward.

Enrique and his team are the very best, they all were very professional and treated my property with respect. They replaced my broken furnace and had my air running in just under three hours, not to mention how pleased I was with the quote that Enrique gave me, if I could give more then five stars I would.

I reached out to Frost Desert to get a quote as well as many other companies. They were quick to respond and worked around my hectic life to come and meet with me, Frosty Desert knew my time was always so short. Chris came to my house and was able to give me all the information, quote and more information then I would had imagined someone would in such a little amount of time I had.

Chris had amazing customer service and was great around my children. Even when times got hectic in my household, he remained with a smile. I instantly knew, he cared a lot about my family and I. When it came to scheduling an appointment for install, they made it super easy with affordable financing and installed no more than 5 days later.

My work is never finished. During their install, I had multiple tasks to complete around my house. Worried about my dog getting out due to all the traffic, they were very good at keeping my dog inside the house. My children were obviously very curious as well of what they were doing so they’d follow the installers around. Their installers were amazing, kind hearted, and efficient at their work while working around my children.

After install, they educated me about the thermostat, gave me information about the system and answered any questions I had.

Finally, Frosty Desert stands out mostly to me because of the dedication and big hearts when it comes to sponsoring youth sports teams. I believe, they want to see our younger generation succeed, find their dreams and chase them. Their contributions made a huge impact on these kids by motivating them to train hard, and play hard. They love families, their contributions didn’t only have an impact on the kids life’s, but the parents as well. Funding sports for their children could be financially straining and stressful. You’ve also made an impact on them.

If there was anyway I could tell the world how great this company is, taking to reviews would be my best way possible.

Unlike some other companies in the area, there was no pushy behavior or attempts to upsell unnecessary services at the end. I highly recommend Frosty Desert Heating & Air for their professionalism and customer-focused approach.

I had a great experience with Frosty Desert and Enrique. It was the last call for the day for Enrique and he still manage to come through and check my unit. Turns out my blower motor needed to be replaced. Parts need to be ordered so Enrique came back next day and installed it. It wasnt cheap but sure did fix the problem. Always hire your friendly neighborhood service man around the area, it keeps the trust within the community!

Chris was honest and actually diagnosed our issue. He didn't try to upsell or talk us into replacing our AC unit by quoting outrageous repair costs. He told us what he thought was wrong and repaired it within 24 hours (had to order a part otherwise could have been same day). AC is working better than ever and we're very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend finding an honest local company like Frosty Desert rather than the big national companies who are just trying to sell you expensive new units that you don't need. Also, word to the wise - register your AC unit with the manufacturer for an extended warranty if you're buying new construction!! We didn't know this and it would have saved us a lot more had we had the extended warranty for the parts. Our unit is not even 8 years old so we learned the hard way but at least Chris was honest about what actually needed to be done and we didn't spend an outrageous amount of money on a new unit we didn't need.
