We had the air conditioner compressor replaced by our warranty company last year as well as the heater. We were shocked at the threefold increase in our gas bill and this summer our house has never reached the temperature we set it at. Being fairly disgusted with our warranty service I decided to call another company. I put out a request for a recommendation on Nextdoor and ask for a small company where the owner still does the work. I immediately got a recommendation for Pacific West air-conditioning and heating service. I called and he came over the next morning and told us that our fan settings were at the lowest level and they were having to work so hard which is why our gas and electric bills were so high and why our air conditioning wasn’t cooling our house. He reset the fan settings and now our house stays at the temperature we have set it at and I know our gas and electric bills will be much lower. I highly recommend West air conditioning and heating service. Aaron was extremely professional and got the job done! He even hand-delivered the receipt when it didn’t arrive by email as it was supposed to. I’m going to take that receipt back to the warranty company and ask them to reimburse me for the cost of the service call and part of my gas and electric bills.

So very thankful to have had Pacific West recommended to us. Our condenser unit was only 5 years old and the big box company strongly recommended we change out the entire system since the condenser unit was having issues with a leak in the coil. Total change out was not necessary and would have been $16,000 for the bottom of the line unit. Pacific West came recommended by a friend. Aaron came out on a Wednesday, gave us our options, he also educated us on the equipment, gave us two estimates for two different units, by Saturday morning our new condenser unit was installed and working. Needless to say the price was no where near $16,000. It’s refreshing to do business with someone who has so much integrity and honesty. The job was completed in a very timely manner and everything looks great.

Chris and his team are great! I’ve needed a new rooftop AC and during the ‘offseason’ took my time to get multiple quotes from various companies. Chris was referred to me and I enjoyed speaking to him as he was very thorough in explaining the equipment and process to me, his reason for recommending the equipment type and more without being pushy at all. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and even with the years of experience he has continues to enjoy mastering his craft. Him and his team came and installed my new AC system and I was surprised how quick and smooth the whole process was- they clearly take pride in their work and craftsmanship. Pacific West Air Conditioning & Heating removed my old HVAC system and had the new equipment installed in no time. Chris and his team made a couple custom design changes in regard with the condenser units outside and I couldn't be happier with the results. I bought a house a couple years ago with an old HVAC system, and the air was stale from smoke due to the previous owner. I figured it was time to update everything before something went out again during the summer months, so I got a couple quotes for a full system replacement. Pacific West's quote was competitive and generous. I trusted Aaron and his team to install the best equipment for my small home and get it done correctly without hassle or unnecessary additions. They were in and out in about 6 hours, were very respectful and communicative, and cleaned up like they weren't even here. The air from the AC instantly felt fresher and I have peace of mind knowing everything in my house is now up to date for the next several years. I cannot thank Aaron enough for making it all happen!

The ac unit was blowing warm air. I sent a text to Chris early in the morning. He responded quickly and was at my door not long after texting. He had the components necessary for the repair, and 1/2 hour after he arrived the ac was working. Fast, friendly, professional service was my experience.

Very professional did a great job after I had two other companies come out and both give me different answers to fix our AC. Will definitely use going forward very knowledgeable and appreciate good service and business!

Being in NY for the summer, my AC stopped working in pahrump nv. Contacting Pacific West Air Conditioning & Heating was the best thing I did. They contacted me by phone, explained what was wrong with my old system, gave me several options to pick from, sent pictures and installed a new system which was very affordable. Our A/C quit on us during a 100+ degree week a few days ago. It was determined we needed a new outdoor A/C unit. Then realized pretty quickly we needed a new HVAC system. We got a referral for Chris on our community Facebook page and thank goodness. He was one of our three quotes, and the best by far.
Chris’s quote beat the “Big Truck” hvac companies by 20%. That wasn’t him changing his bid to get a job. His quote for the same equipment was 20% cheaper than both of our other quotes. No haggling, no coupons or discounts. And when we told Chris we wanted to have him do our install he came asap, even though it was late, and even though he told us he was booked for the week.
Chris and his crew were at our house the next morning to install a brand new Goodman furnace and A/C. His guys were amazing. They were polite, professional, and worked hard. The install looks amazing, everything works great, and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived.
