Let me start by saying, I highly recommend this company! My experience in every area was stellar. Starting with Nick, the technician who came to service my unit that wasn’t working, him recommending what my options were, taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions thoroughly. Gave me options, and having a 19 year old AC, we opted for a new unit. They gave me a 10 year parts & labor manufacturers warranty (that’s important, because if you just get a warranty from the AC company and they go out of business, you’re out of luck. With a manufacturers warranty, they will back it up even if the AC company closes their doors), and a service program for my other units. I couldn’t ask for more. The technicians that came out and installed the unit today were within the timeframe they gave me, courteous & professional. Even Sharon, the lady I spoke with in the office regarding my payment was super nice. The service I received was above and beyond.

Intermittent problem. First time here unit worked. Second visit it didn’t work and able to identify problem (thermocouple). Old unit and had to search for part. Took a week and now roof HVAC works fine. We have heat every time it’s called for. Thank you

Nick arrived on time after filling in for a tech who was running late on another call. He was very personable and professional. Nick was very knowledgeable about the system. He explained and addressed the issue.

Just had a complete system installed in my home today 5/4/24. Everyone at Pro Price was helpful in getting this job done. Huge shout out to Emmanuel and Tyler for their excellent work. I will be back in touch with this company when I get rid of hot water heater and have a tankless water heater installed. Thank you Pro Price for great estimate and service.

AJ provided excellent service to resolve our air conditioning issues. I would not hesitate to use this company again for future repairs on my heating or cooling systems.

Once again, I used Pro Heating & Cooling for a thermostat repair (Jan 6, 2026). We had to sleep in extra warm clothing due to our heater not working. Isaiah was prompt for our appointment, very personable, and within 20 minutes, our heater was working again! We are very pleased with the services from Pro Price Heating & Cooling.

I was very skeptical when I went on Yelp to look up the company my warranty company sent out. They don’t have the greatest reviews, so it made me a bit concerned. I contacted my warranty company and informed them of the many complaints. They gave me reassurance that they are ranked the highest among their service providers. I said ok, I just to make a note of that. My actual experience with them has been great the whole process! I’m sorry for those who didn’t get the same experience as I did. The tech, Ruddy R, who did the diagnosis was correct in his finding. The warranty covered majority of the fix, and there were some uncovered costs, but I’ll take that. The tech Ryder, who came to install the compressor, did an excellent job in just a little over two hours. He didn’t have any complications, and knew what he was doing. I left the house all day and came back to a cool home! My interaction with everyone from the phone to the tech was very friendly. I stayed on my insurance about ordering parts, and Pro Price helped in making a phone call to expedite the process for me as well. They made it happen! The next day I got a text from AHS that my part was ordered. That was a Friday. Tuesday morning, they texted me as soon as my compressor came in, and sent tech out the same day! I’m impressed! I had to leave this review to give credit where it’s due! Kudos to the office staff and the techs who came out! Thank you so much!! 🙏🏼

During the first winter after moving into our new home, the heating on the first floor broke down. Because the floors are tiled, it was almost impossible for our child to play on the first floor. We are very grateful to Nicholas and ProPrice for their professionalism, they resolved the issue for us very quickly. Not only was the appointment scheduled promptly, but Nicholas is also a very kind and sincere person.

Dustin G. was great. Knowledgeable and quickly repaired the issue with our heater. I would definitely recommend he and Pro Price Heating & Cooling for any HVAC repairs.

Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in diagnosing my AC issue. Unlike the previous technician, he took the time to inspect both the outdoor and indoor units—including going up into the attic—to check the system properly. He explained everything clearly, including what he was looking for, what he found, and the next steps.

He found no visible leaks or major problems but offered a reasonable plan to use a small amount of sealant and UV dye to help locate and seal the leak. I appreciated that he addressed my concerns about sealant clogging the system and reassured me based on his experience. He didn’t push for a new system, which made me feel like he had my best interest in mind—not just a sale.

Antonio demonstrated real expertise and integrity. I feel confident moving forward thanks to his approach and explanation. I hope AHS continues to work with professionals like him.

Tech Dustin, resolved issue immediately, explained the issue and how problem was fixed, provided information of current equipment status for info and preventative maintenance advice , but did not hard sell any product or service. Service call was through my home warranty so i paid only for this. He was professional and had the know how, which makes me feel comfortable letting Pro Price Cooling & Heating take care of my HVAC.

7/12 - The crew that came out to replace my 2 AC's were badass. I had 3 contractors give us an estimate. Pro Price (the 3rd estimate) quoted me for the install and had their crew out the following day to get it done. Not happy having to replace 2 unit's, but super happy with the guys that got it done. Thank you a bunch and I would recommend Pro Price to anyone in need of service or repairs. Lou was also great to deal with during this process.

Earlier in June - Ruddy was great. Came over and took care of business. Polite, professional, and obviously good at what he does. Thank you again.

The service technician that came over was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention on time. Would definitely not hesitate to use this company again. I recommend anyone with these types of issues to give these people a call.

We had Jakim helped fix our AC before, now the heater. Very professional, and it helps alot sending us notification prior to coming. Overall great service and highly recommended.

Isaiah was very professional and friendly not to mention very knowledgeable! We learned somethings that another tech from a different company had done somethings that would allowed him to keep coming back and charging us for parts and labor. We thank God for there still some honest people out there who still have pride in what they do and treat you better then family!

Our heating unit went out and we submitted a home warranty repair. Nick came out and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It makes a difference to have honest person in your home who isn't trying to take you to the bank. Thanks Nick.
