I called them because they had a promo going on for AC checkup. Our technician, Charlie, was very nice and helpful and didn't try to talk us into unnecessary and expensive work. Showed my wife and I everything that was going on with the two Air conditioners. Will call them again when and if we have any problems.

I called Buenos Aires for Information on mini splits. The owner of Buenos Aires came to my house. He explained what my options might be and took the time to give me all the information I needed. I decided to just stay with my HVAC System, and I feel good about the decision I made. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Oh my gosh!! Buenos Aires a/c was awesome!! They showed up on time and were able to fix all five of my a/c units within hours! Geo had a great attitude and was super kind and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend BA A/C!

Had my a/c repaired,Alejandro was more than efficient,curtious and expedient.showed me a video of the unit problem,the corrective measures he was going to do ,then proceeded to get it done in a timely manor.tested pressure ,airflow,temp.and proper function.all phases of the work were completed above and beyond my expectations.I've had several services on this residence and this was the most seamless.Hats off a job well done 6******!!!

I’m pleased with the service. They were prompt reasonable, and worked with me. Alejandro is very knowledgeable.

They came out the same afternoon and diagnosed my unit. They left that night and let me borrow a portable unit. When they came back the next day, they fixed it and guaranteed their work and parts. Office personnel and technician were super friendly and knowledgeable.

All. Staff have been very professional and polite. Very courteous. Techs who came to
the house are considerate, polite. Very good at explaining what they did and the condition of the various elements of our HVAC unit.

I recently had to use them I changed the batteries in my thermostats and the heater would not kick on. So I called Buenos Aires in which the owner answered and got someone oit within 30 minutes from the time I hung up with him.

A tech named John Porter showed up found that the issue was the thermostat and he installed and new one at a reasonable price and had my system back up and running in no time. I greatly appreciated the awesoem customer service from both the owner and from John.

I will surly use them again if I have any other cooling or heating isssues in the future. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.. Thanks again guys much appreciated.

I recommend this company, they showed great service, pay no mind to things. They arrived on the right time. Had great communication. Showed great attitude during the services they provided.

Called 32 companies for help. Air conditioner died last night. Buenos Aires came to the rescue. Charlie the tech was able to resolve our issue in 30 min. Extremely professional. We had someone out to service it before. They told us all the things we needed to fix. They said we had a bad air conditioner. I felt they were trying to scam us. We decided we would just wait till it died . Charlie came out after 11pm. He said the unit was old, but in good condition. He replaced two capacitors. The air conditioner works great now. We probably could have avoided this if we had it serviced. We will now have it serviced by Buenos Aires. Can't say enough how happy we are with the service we received.
