Shawn Ferguson from Vegas Knight & Day did a great job for us. We called them out for a checkup on our relatively new A/C and to talk about air flow issues. He not only fixed the airflow issue, but he (and team) also fixed a blown motor (under warrantee) and loud noises in the A/C that we had been living with since installation 3 years earlier! I had a great experience with Todd from Vegas Knight & Day Heating and Cooling. He was incredibly professional and communicative from the start—even giving me a heads-up when needed.
Todd faced a bit of a challenge locating the access point to the roof to inspect our AC unit, not his fault . He spent about an hour thoroughly searching for it, and once he found it, he quickly diagnosed the real issue: a malfunctioning thermostat, not the AC unit itself.
He explained everything clearly, resolved the problem efficiently, and the pricing was very reasonable. I really appreciate the time, effort, and honesty Todd brought to the job. Highly recommend!

I will recommend this company anytime!. they are a Family owned business with great reliable, honest , and good hearted people working for them. Their standards are high and they DO NOT UP SELL!. I had an emergency and they were punctual, Shawn was very informative kept asking me did I have any questions he could answer. but there was no need because he instructed me on every little thing to check for before calling them. I will start using them to service my unit annually for sure. I need to keep them around just like I do with my honest and reliable mechanic. These are things that are hard to find these days.

We have used Vegas Knight and Day HVAC for a few occasions now, most recently today as our AC wasn’t functioning last night. Called first thing this morning and spoke to Jessica who is always very professional and extremely friendly. She was able to send a technician out, who arrived In less than 2 hours. Shawn was our technician this time. Very professional , explained and showed me the problem and what the solution was. Had it fixed very quickly. Vegas Knight & Day repaired my A/C unit. The guy who came out (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) was great. He walked me through what he thought it might be before he did a deeper inspection. He was very professional and was able to show me exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. They never tried to upsell me unlike the last company I used. Will use them again if I have a problem. Do not hesitate to call this company!
