Our experience with Top Tech was great! They were easy to book and went above and beyond to give us a prompt and efficient service and parts replacement when experiencing a leak with our ac unit. Our technician Matt, was professional and very knowledgeable. I will no doubt use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends! Thank you Top Tech!

Had a technician come out today after my AC stopped working. They were able to get someone out the same day, explained everything step by step, gave me different options, and now we have cold air again! Super thankful for the quick service and professionalism.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Top Tech because they are absolutely AMAZING! It’s so hard to find honest companies these days that actually care about their customers. Most just try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need — but not these guys.

I took advantage of their early bird spring AC inspection — only $65, and just $15 for any additional unit. What a deal! Sure, you could probably find a “cheaper” deal somewhere else, but you never really know what kind of customer service you’ll get. For me, not only is Top Tech’s pricing super competitive, but I honestly don’t know many businesses that offer this kind of authentic and genuinely wonderful customer service. That’s rare.

I had been struggling for the longest time trying to figure out how to properly balance my two AC units for the summer. I kept googling and getting all kinds of mixed answers — it was super confusing! But Matt really helped clear things up. He took the time to explain what actually makes sense for my setup and gave me solid advice, so now I finally know what to do. Total game-changer!

Matt was also super professional and patient with all my questions. He didn’t just give basic answers — he really broke things down and offered tips from my point of view. You can tell he actually cares. (Nowadays this level of service is hard to find!)

We’re so thankful our friend recommended Top Tech to us — now I honestly can’t imagine going with anyone else. I’ve dealt with other companies that claim they’re “honest” and “transparent,” but they ended up being the shadiest ones out there.

I reached out (honestly don’t even remember if it was a text or voicemail), and he responded within the hour with a few questions and offered to come by the very next morning, which was a huge plus.

Mathew quickly diagnosed the issue: one side of my house wasn't getting any airflow. He found the problem within minutes, made a quick adjustment, and told me to test it out for a couple of days before he came back to seal things up. True to his word, he followed up, came by the same day we touched base, and finished the job.

Awesome service. My AC unit was making loud noises overnight and the next morning, the house was too warm. I was referred to Matthew at Top Tech by another great AC specialist (who moved on to commercial) and I am beyond pleased. Matt is professional and found what was wrong with my unit. They were the 3rd HVAC vendor I had out to my home. Unlike some big names in the valley, there was no up-sell, just honest appraisal of the state of my system. Matt took the time to explain how my ductwork was configured and while he said he would be happy to replace it all as others suggested, he did not see any evidence that it was necessary and it will likely perform as designed for many years. Right from the initial visit Matt was fantastic. Matt was one of the first to come out and his text communication was excellent and he was perfect on time. His in-person demeanor was excellent and was very professional.

Matt was very honest and told me he could not do it for the price I wanted, but that he would give me a good price.

Amazing experience with Matt and his team. Our AC went out during the hottest week so far this year - their office staff were very understanding, squeezed us in same day and were very responsive start to finish. It took less than a week for them to get a whole system installed. Matt even brought out and installed a portable unit to help us stay cool while we waited for the unit to be installed. Went above and beyond the job to help us. Fixed areas where drywall was damaged from the installation and made it look better than before the work was done. Dropped by after the installation to ensure quality control. Their company pulls permits and a city inspector came out to ensure all was done up to code. We are very pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail, very relieved that we found these guys!
