I called Top Tech to get a Maintenance done for my AC system. I made the appointment for the next day and Matt and Chad came out and did a maintenance. They were very friendly, honest and knowledgeable on my AC system. they informed me if I needed any repairs And I didn’t need a small repair They provided a Quote for the repair and it was reasonable I will be using Top Tech for now on for my AC system I highly recommend using Top Tech

Matt is amazing! He deserves more than five stars for what he does! Initially we Goettl come to my house for a diagnostic check on my A/V unit. The technicians at Geottl were terrible and were trying to upsell me into a new unit or 10,000 rebuild by using fear tactics. I went to Facebook and asked the community for suggestions on what company to use for a second opinion.. not only did I get multiple people saying Top Tech was the best but the company itself responded to my post. Matt answered my call Saturday and was here promptly Sunday morning. He was so kind, explained his concerns on his diagnostic check and showed us what he was seeing.. he never pressured us into anything he gave his honest opinion and let us the homeowners decide.. his main priority was making sure the homeowners had the final say and were comfortable with our decision. Geottl stayed my R22 Freon was hard to get atf 700 a pound Top Tech had the Freon with him and priced it more than half the cost of geottl. The services we paid today were only $300 instead of the Scam companies estimate of $10,500. Matt has helped us make a plan for minor repairs to our unit. We will only continue using this company for all our HVAC needs going forward!

Fast and reliable service! Went to their website and filled up a form and got a response very quick. Matthew was the one who went to check our ac problem and he’s really easy to talk to, he explained what is happening and what needs to be done. He’s very efficient and gives me updates while he’s working on our unit.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this incredible company.
Matt was our technician and he was very professional, honest and polite. He explained several options I had ( He even drew the picture of AC system to help me understand better) and he respected on every decisions I made. When the replacing only compressor failed due to other issues I had with system, he went with the next option with the least expense possible.
Matt installed portable AC for us, he showed up early morning before the installation guys come to make sure our floor is protected and after the installation, he is also on top of the after-service such as city inspecton and touch up paint.

I am very satisfied what they provided me, I couldn't be more happier with their services and I would highly recommend this company who needs AC and Heating Services.

Ac was not blowing any cold air, only hot air. I made an appointment with Matthew. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, all within 30 mins. He is now my go to ac guy.

Well, the first thing is that they have real humans answering their phones 24/7. We realized our AC had gone out on a very hot, very late Sunday night and, just out of panic and distress, we called them at 12:45am to leave a message. A nice, knowledgeable woman answered the phone and took all our information. Then 15 mins later, Matt called back personally to set up an appointment first thing in the morning. I was sure the system was dead and we were looking at a worst case scenario, but he talked us down from that, figured out the problem and fixed it, then stressed the importance of maintenance and identifying issues before they become problems. It was really amazing service. He took his time, talked to us both, answered every question we could think of. This is our new HVAC company, for sure! Amazing service.

Great service from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my HVAC system running smoothly in no time. Fair pricing and excellent customer service—will definitely use them again!

Fast + Fantastic Service!!!! I feel so lucky to have found Top Tech. My downstairs air conditioner went out and they were able to get out for an appointment that same afternoon. Matt my service tech was very pleasant, put on booties to not dirty my floor and got to work investigating what the problem was. He was very quick to sort out what was going on and repaired it. I also signed up for their service contract which offers so many benefits in addition to a twice yearly service check up on both my heating and AC units.

Called for repair service at 9:20pm, got answering service. Gave all my pertinent information. HVAC tech called back within 10 minutes; all the techs on other jobs.
Next available appointment 7am next morning.
Tech arrived on time at 7am, found faulty dual capacitor in the unit. Replaced the cap, cleaned up debris around the cap and contactor. Leveled A/C unit on pad. Tested temperature and operation of the unit. He answered all my questions.
Next day, tech called back to check if everything was running smoothly and if I had any more questions or problems.

Mathew & team are courteous of your time, professional, will stay until the job is done, fair with pricing & most importantly will ensure you understand what the diagnostics/problems are, so that you will completely understand before you make a purchase.

Wow the service from Top Tech Air Conditioning and Heating Services was absolutely amazing. Our heater recently stopped working right as the winter started. Worried for our family with 3 little ones at home we had no idea who to call. So we contacted Top Tech Air Conditioning and Heating Services and they were so easy to talk to and sent out a tech the next day. Their tech was very nice and easy to talk to. He did his initial review and after clearly explained what he believed was the issue. He ordered the pieces he needed which came in a few days later and we were back up and running. Top tech air is a great company. Dealing with Matt, who by far passes all my expectations very courteous, respectful, especially when you’re nervous about your AC and a time like this with our temperature the way it been he came right over and took care of me. I was so impressed with the work of Matt from Top Tech. My A/C went out recently. It was 107 degrees outside so it was an urgent matter. I literally only had to wait 30 minutes for Top Tech to be onsite. Matt was very knowledgable and professional. He assessed the issue very quickly, explained to me that the fan motor on the outside unit burned out (which made sense) and resolved the issue by putting in a new fan motor. He also went above and beyond by cleaning the coils for better cooling and efficiency. From the time I called until the time the problem was resolved was under 2 hours. That includes travel to my place, travel to get the parts, and fixing the issue. A/C is running great. I will definitely use Top Tech again if needed. I also requested and received a business card as I will recommend to my friends. Thanks so much for prompt and professional service.
