Shaun was very knowledgeable and professional. My AC and heater broke and he was mindful of letting me know the services that needed to be completed and got the service done in a timely manner. He was also communicative and checked with me the next day to see if everything was still all good. I appreciate the level of service Shaun provided.

It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there that value honesty and pride in workmanship. Nick , Mr. Cool's, technician was professional , clear on communicating the problem and solution. I called two other companies for the same repair. the other two tried to sell me complete A/C units or came up with very costly repairs. When it was only a bad capacitor creating the problem. You will be doing a disservice to yourself if you don't at least give them a chance. I highly recommend them.

Nick arrived on time and identified the issue very quickly, he provided good feedback ,and tips for my a/c unit and the thermostat. Including possible options in case I have repeat issues. In addition, scheduling the appointment was very easy. Quality service all around.

I've never left a review before but its certainly necessary now. Joe Perez with Mr Cool is now my AC guy for LIFE! Super nice, professional and everything was reasonably priced. He went through options that best met our plans with the home and I couldn't be more happy!

Josh was incredible. I called and he came the afternoon of my phone call. He was able to fix the problem where others had wanted to sell us a new unit.
The temp today is 109 and he worked outside and got it working in an hour and half.
I can't say enough good things about the service.
So grateful for an Honest company.

The company is one of, if not the best in Las Vegas. A few years ago we called and their response was almost instantaneous. Great response, great service, great price.
This time we had a problem brewing on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I contacted them in the early early morning hours via email and shorty after we had an apointment set. At the scheduled time our doorbell rang and we were delighted by yet another professional from MrCool. I can not say enough Heidi things about a company like this. It seems as though we live in a time when many services being provided are slipping or they don’t know what service is at all. If you looking for a company that you will want to stay with for many years to come, call MrCool.

Highly recommend this company. Josh responded immediately to my Yelp message and had a tech on site in less than 30 min.

The final cost ended up being less than the original estimate. They were out of stock on the unit he quoted me so they upgraded to the next size up for the same price.

Their schedule was booked, but they still managed to fit me in the following day so we didn't have to go without air conditioning.

Flawless service from start to finish!

Joe just left and ac is running great after having been broken. He was prompt and from arrival to departure was about one hour, which included changing my ac fan motor. He was a great listener and soothed my worries. He remembered being here years ago and remembered details about the last time. These folks are honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I made an appointment to have a part installed that another company recommended, but decided to have Mr. Cool install the part because it was 3 times less expensive than the other company had quoted. Josh, the owner, came out and took a look at the AC first before installing the part. It turns out that we didn’t even need to have the part installed. Josh was super knowledgeable and transparent. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He could’ve just installed it and not said a word and I wouldn’t have even known we didn’t actually need it. Technician Joe came out to service both of my AC's. He is prompt and so very courteous. He has been my go to for AC service for several years now and I feel I trust him implicitly. Amazing work!!

5 Stars Technician Joe, arrived on time and inspected our air conditioner. Joe, checked out the system, and recommended we have the Fan Motor replaced as it was going in Reverse! Joe also checked the air output throughout the house and made recommendations as to the air filters we should be using and how often to change the filters. All in All GREAT Service!

Matt was amazing!!! He was very informative and professional explained, every detail of my Heating system..My system was not working properly, so I called my home warranty and they sent out (Mr. cool ) I was a little concerned based off of some reviews I had read.. However my experience was great they came out on time and even on Thanksgiving day!!!

Matt came had my unit up and running correctly in no time!!! He checked every vent to make sure that the heating system would stay on before leaving… Erica very Nice on the phone! Great company professional I would definitely use them again!!! Nice to know I’ll be warm in my house for the winter ☺️

My AC stopped working at noon. Technician Joe was able to come out in 20 minutes after I called them. He replaced the broken condenser unit with a new one that same afternoon. He is very professional and efficient. The new AC worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company and technician Joe!

My AC Unit stop cooling. I called Mr. Cool. My technician showed up 1 hour early which was good for me, it was 115 degrees!!! The technician was Joe , this guy is a top rate professional. He came in and troubleshot the unit and in 30 min had my AC unit up and running. None of that fake troubleshooting, he knew his stuff!!! No up charging or none of those games a lot of techs play. I will use this guy over and over in the future. Joe, I salute you and keep up the good work man!

I called around 2:00pm this afternoon looking for service for my upstairs HVAC unit- not cooling. I was given a 3:00-5:00pm window with technician Joe. Joe called about 4:45 and said he was enroute and running a little behind and would be here by 5:15. Right there, I knew I called the right company. I get it, and told Joe no worries and appreciated that extra step of communication. Joe arrives and we discussed the issue; he quickly diagnosed it and got us up and running. He was very knowledgeable as we discussed the age of my units. No pressure, just honest evaluation and presentation of the options available to us should I decide to replace the unit(s) in the future. He’s is very personable and professional— great technician! The best experience ever with an HVAC company in Las Vegas. I had a great pleasure and experience with Joe and the entire team. I had called talked to Caroline to get my upstairs ac unit checked due to warm air, Joe was here within an hour gave me the initial inspection being a 20 year older unit, I understood and respect his honesty on the report. Joe was literally the first estimate received for a new unit and of course I had a second opinion from a differ companies. No other company I called wowed me as I shopped for 2 units. Although my downstairs unit was still working, I decided to get both units replaced which got a great deal from Joe and his leadership appoval. He actually upgraded my downstairs unit to a 3 ton instead of a 2 to. with no additional cost. Also got 2 new thermostats. Ivan and Jose was spectacular with the installation. Mr.Cool will be the way to go from this moment on as I will let neighbors, family and friends know my recommendation. Many thanks again.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable, on time and had a better deal to offer compared to the other companies that wanted to charge more. His guys came the day after to replace the AC and also sealed a pipe on the roof to prevent future leaks. Jose and Ivan were friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. With over 100 degrees outside, they were quick, mission accomplished and even cleaned up after. Thanks guys!

Joe from mr cool was able to come the next morning after we noticed our AC stopped working. He was super quick, efficient and helpful. We were able to get a new AC unit put in an hour later! All of the technicians that worked on it were so great and kind. Super happy with their service and grateful for their efficiency.
