We had an issue with our AC going out downstairs over the weekend with triple digit heat. Joe came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to install a new fan motor, ensuring we had AC before the day got too hot! Joe also took the time to educate me on how to properly clean the AC units. We are incredibly appreciative for Joe and Mr Cool's honest upfront service! We would definitely recommend them!

Great service from this business. Had a sick a/c unit that was only blowing cool, not cold air. Got an appointment for the next morning and Joe came out and had us up and going again very quickly. He was very professional and did not try to upsell me. Had an honest discussion about our service needs and gave us some good advice. I will definitely call Joe and Mr. Cool the next time we need a/c service or replacement.

Best experience from an AC Company. Joe came within an hour after I called. He was able to get us cold again super fast, and was very transparent about all of our future options. Other companies came and told us the repair would be $8,000 so we should just go get another unit, but Joe came and switched out a part and everything works great.

Last year Ivan & Jose put a new ac unit on our first floor. Today 3/2/26 we had our ac unit serviced by Ivan because we were experiencing an unusual odor coming from our first floor unit. Ivan arrived earlier than we even anticipated and he did a fantastic job of checking both units and was able to resolve the problem. We both have been so impressed with his knowledge and how he explains things. He is so personable and always willing to go out of his way to make sure he has identified & fixed the problem. He is an asset to your company and he will always be the one we request to come if any issues arise up in the future!

Amazing service! Ivan did a wonderful job, he was very polite and helpful.

I read the reviews for Mr. Cool and I thought they were too good to be true. I needed help fast. The top level AC units stopped working. I needed someone to come out next day. Joe from Mr. Cool came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. My units are 20 years old so the repair made less sense than getting a new unit. But, I received both options. My concern was my poor tenant being in the heat any longer. Joe made a special install appointment at the crack of dawn the next morning. Not only that but he did a quick fix to allow the old unit to work through the night so my tenant had AC upstairs. I wound up replacing both units. I did my research and the prices were very fair. The warranty on their work outstanding and the warranty on the units outstanding. I cannot say enough about Joe's care for his clients, his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to help you. I also worked with Caroline at the office who is fantastic as well. I spoke with Josh the owner briefly who was more than accommodating. You have a fantastic company and team, Josh. You have a customer for life.

We had Joe come out to fix our AC and he is honestly the best! He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We really had a great experience with him and will be using him in the future for all our heating and cooling needs. I can't say enough good things about him, definitely a great asset to this company.

My AC went out over the past weekend. I didn’t want to go to any corporate AC companies as i heard bad things. So i found Mr. cool through Reddit and I’m glad i did. (My father did have Yes man come out as well and they wanted to charge me double the price of what Mr.Cool was. I could’ve bought a brand new 2024 car for the price)

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe to give me a diagnosis of my issue. Which was that i needed a new unit as well as showing proof as to why i needed it. Over the few days of waiting for my unit Joe called me and let me know he was going to stop by and bring me a portable AC unit to make it manageable for me. I thought this was the nicest gesture ever. Thank you Joe ! Great customer service

I’ve had my AC unit repaired two times with Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Joe came out both times and he is very polite and professional. He is very very knowledgeable and honest. Their prices are great too. I didn’t spend as much as I thought I was going to spend. He is very understanding and works with you, and explains everything to you. They truly care and do everything possible to fix it right away. I had one of my AC units replaced and the second time I had my air handler replaced. Their warranty is great too. I really recommend this company.

Mr. Cool is the best Heating and Air Conditioning company in the Valley. Joe came out to our home and was very professional. Communicated very well and discussed our issues. We agreed to install a new unit because ours was over 12years old. The team was at our home in three days with a crane and a team to complete the install. Ivan was the field service lead, very nice guy and very professional. This team is worth calling, They shoot straight, they do not mind the heat and troubleshooting your unit.
