This company should have zero stars; however, they work with the home warranty that I will be changing soon due their mishaps. I had to call this company se val time due them installing my water heater with no drainage pan underneath. I ask them several time for the city inspection report and they stated that it is not a report. They also never came back to take care pictures of the inspection of the hot water heater to make sure it is in code. They asked me to send my own pictures which I thought was unprofessional. All I ask for with the drainage plan to be installed so the water heater s in code and does not have my garage a mess again where I am paying for dry wall damage. Monday I will bring calling the city for the hot water codes in writing. If the situation is not fixed I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. This company has been by far the worst and I can’t believe they are under a home warranty company.

This company worked with my home warranty company (God BLESS them) to get all the approvals and authorizations needed to handle my plumbing issues. Stephen, the plumbing tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work completed!!

We have a home warranty company that called out the right guys and what a joke of a name…they were the WRONG company. Not only did they not fix our sink, they caused our sink to continue to leak. When we called to let them know we needed them to come back out to fix it, we were told to call the warranty company. So not only did they not fix the original problem, they caused a problem and refuse to take responsibility for it. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this company. Will be reporting them!

Fast, friendly, and reliable! They handled both my heating and plumbing problems with ease. Affordable pricing and great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Oh boy these guys were absolutely horrible. We had our first tech come out, and he would disappear for 2+ hours at a time saying he needed to get a tool from his truck. The first day the 3rd time her left, he just never came back. We called and were told he apparently had a flat tire and would not be returning. He did about an hour of work in the toilet that was not the problem. A few more days past before we could get them to come out again, and a different tech came to assist. He seemed more willing to listen, but still did the bare minimum and spent 3 hours here still working in the toilet. ( the issue was with the back flow drain but they would not listen to me). He apparently could not get it done and left without scheduling when he’d be back. We spent 9 days without the ability to use our running water, and had sewage flood our downstairs 4 times while we waited for them to do their jobs. They were combative and aggressive over the phone, and refused to do their job or give us any update of any sort. They were absolutely terrible and treated us with so little respect when i tried to tell them how important it was as we have a 2 year old child who was suffering from the sewer fumes in our home.
We called a different plumber who was able to fix the problem completely in just an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and am livid with how they treated us.

Jeremy the tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem , went to Home Depot and got the right parts to fix the water heater. He spent time explaining the operation of the water heater and HVAC systems thoroughly and was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them not only for their expertise but for punctuality and transparency which is very hard to find in Vegas

Scammers. They “worked” with my horrible Cinch home warranty company. All I needed was my kitchen faucet replaced. These guys did put in a new one that didn’t work properly. Refused to change it out for one with a properly designed with a spray hose that didn’t kink off the water flow when I tried to use it. I called repeatedly to get them to return the one they installed and get me one that works properly but they said I had to go through warranty company (who closed out the claim saying that the work was “completed”. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get resolution to this problem. Right Guys had supposedly re-submitted the issue, but it wasn’t properly re-submitted because it was worded in such a way that the warranty company thought I just wanted one with a metal hose. No, I just wanted one that wouldn’t kink off the water flow when I used the spray hose. I spoke to the manager/owner repeatedly. Finally, he said he would talk to the guy who installed the faucet on Monday, when he returned work and would call me back. He never did, and then they avoided answering my calls. These “Right Guys” should have done the honest work of contacting the warranty company that they are contracted with and should have corrected the replacement request since they are the ones who went out and bought me the faulty replacement faucet in the first place. Neither Right Guys, nor the warranty company took ownership of the issue and both gave me a complete run-around. I did everything I was supposed to do and these guys are simply dishonest brokers who do not stand by their work.

Excellent and timely service received after my water heater busted. They worked hard to schedule the appointment so we would not have to be without hot water for a long period. Technician was efficient, courteous, and professional. He also answered all our questions and gave us tips on taking care of the water heater. Thank you

The property management sent this company to repair our A/C unit. I have pets at home, and after they serviced the unit, it stopped working a few hours later. I tried to call them, but there was no answer. This is my worst nightmare given the heat in Vegas, and now I have to find a solution for my pets so they don’t suffer in this weather. I do not recommend this company; they are not dependable. These are not the right guys for sure!

Great company to deal with! We have them coming on regular basis and they properly come on time and fix our systems (we have few offices) for very reasonable prices. Always come even earlier and finish the job very fast. Thank you!

the technician seemed knowledgeable but he was unable to fix my HVAC unit. He says it's either electrical issue or condenser but I need to hire a electrician to prove it's not electrical before he will proceed. I had already replaced the breaker, I really don't believe the electrical wiring has mysteriously gone bad. The office manager was very rude. it's 110 degrees and HVAC has been down for 5 days. They have no real interest to help me get repaired.

They were called by my insurance company for a claim on a leaky tub and after 2 and a half hrs the first trip and a return trip the next afternoon my tub still leaks and I was blamed for shotty work. I will never again use them for anything.

Office staff renders 3 stars along with the non transparent issue of no checks. This can be annoying depending on who is manning the phones. Service has been good and always done by Jeremy himself, part owner.

They did a great job replacing my old system. Took the time to tell me about my system, how it differs and the maintenance to keep it around for a while. I cant even take away a star for the service lasting two days cause I saw the amount of work and doing that in one day with working in an attic during the Vegas summer, you totally get why

My first encounter with The Right Guys was through my home warranty company. I was impressed by their communication, timelines and knowledge so I asked them some questions and for a quote to install a whole house water filtration system. They were significantly more affordable and I hired them for the job. They came today and did a fantastic job! That thing looks so complicated, but it’s working great and I’m so appreciative! I’d definitely recommend!
