I’ve had problems with my AC that ended up requiring a couple visits. Earl had the best customer service, as he actually found the real problem and also thoroughly explained what was happening. I’ve had others leave in the past who rushed through the appointment. So far, my experience with them and especially Earl has been good.

I was given this company to call for a leaking hot water heater. First, they are not 24/7 , second, I have called 3 times on Monday, they have no one in the office to answer the phone. They don't return my calls. They were referred to me by Liberty Homeguard, my home warranty company. Worthless

This company was assigned to me by First American Warranty.
The technician assigned to me was in a window of 4 to 6 hours of waiting, when I got to repair the water heater and took several pictures and went saying that I would go for the replacement of the heater, and what happened is that they called me indicating that for his work and others he would cost another $ 890, detailed below, this technician never mentioned this in his visit, it seems dishonest on his part, these extra costs are nothing more to get more money to the client.

$ 65 drain pan, $ 65 sediment trap, $ 85 flex gas, $ 75 supply lines, $ 110 hot line insulation, $ 75 vent mod,
$ 175 t / p mod, $ 55 ball valve, $ 50 haul, $ 135 permit

I UNDER MY HOME WARRANTY WAS SENT TO THE RIGHT GUYS ....JEREMY AND HIS TRAINEE JAVIER WHERE ON TIME AND AS PROFESSIONAL AS I'VE SEEN IN A LONG TIME ! THIS IS DISPITE THE NEGATIVE STUFF I SAW IN THE REVIEWS ARE A AWSONE COMPANY TO USE ! THEY FIXED MY ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANOR AND DIDNT TRY TO RIP ME OFF ! I WILL ONLY USE THIS COMPANY GOING FORWARD !

This plumbing company came out 3 times to look around and tell us the same thing we already knew...that we have a leak. 2 weeks later and still no hot water. Definitely do not recommend.

My AC was blowing hot air and my house was extremely hot. The technician came out right away and fixed this issue for less than 48 hours! Thank you Tanya for your amazing customer service and support. I will always be requesting this company!

I waited for two hours for a technician and no one showed up but a technician couldn’t wait 2 minutes and left.

I made an appointment from 2-4 p.m. for today and the technician showed up to my home at 10am. I explained to him that i wasnt home but simply had to call my wife to ensure she was able to let him in to fix our air conditioners. He decided to leave right after i hung up with him to call my wife. My wife called and they told her that he would come back sometime between 3 and 5 p.m. I called them again at 5 because i still hadn't heard from them and the guy who answered the phone had an attitude like i was disturbing him and was somehow in the wrong. He put me on hold to tell me they magically rescheduled me for a new time tomorrow ( that we never agreed to and couldnt do) and that no one was coming. Terrible customer service, terrible coordination skills and seemingly extreme lack of care for the job. After reading some of these comments, im glad they wont be touching anything here.

Their hours suck, and they don’t really attempt to work with your schedule. It’s obvious the people who do their scheduling do not communicate with one another. I had to reschedule an appointment because I was given a 4-8 window, well the technician showed up at 2:30. I do not get home from work until 4, so I wasn’t home. When I called back to reschedule the appointment, was told by a different person that the latest window they have is 2-6, and that 4-8 would never be possible. Very frustrating! Now I have to wait 5 days to have a leak even looked at. Not impressed with this company so far.
