Terry was prompt very early. My house was super hot. He was very nice very professional. He put covers on his shoes which most workers that come to my home do not do very respectful. It didn’t take him long to get the job done. I am so grateful Terry, I wish I could give you a 10 great job.

I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, especially if you are assigned Airbender thru your warranty company. They replaced the capacitor, and then two hours later, the fan motor went out. I had to wait another two days for them to come back out for the fan motor. Temps in Vegas over 100. Instead of ordering the correct part, they put whatever part they had available in my unit. The part is incorrect and too big for my unit, so they didn't put it back together properly nor professionally. The screws are sticking out half an inch, zipties and electrical tape hold exposed wiring to the cover, zipties hold another piece to the cover. This looks like a toddler put it back together. After numerous calls and complaints to Airbender and First American home warranty, I got nowhere. In the end, First American sided with Airbender and determined that since the unit is working, that is all they are required to do is get it working. I had an HVAC professional as well as an electrician come out and confirmed this is shotty work. I will report Airbender to BBB as well as the contractors board. I will pay to get it fixed properly and will them sue both Airbender and First American. No need to reply that you fixed my AC "within the parameters of my warranty company". I agree the unit is blowing cold air into my house, but you put it back together in an extremely unprofessional way, and you know this, but refuse to accept responsibility for your screw up. Ugo was the technician. You're better off taking your business elsewhere.

I had a problem with my AC unit and TL came out to service it. HE WAS AWESOME!! TL was on time, friendly, efficient and super helpful. He checked the AC unit for any issues, checked the crawl space in the attic, installed a new air filter (I already had that) He installed my new thermostat (I already purchased that) and showed me how to use it. He accomplished this in less than an hour!! AMAZING! I Highly recommend this service. Thank you TL for helping me today. 🥳

"Terry did an outstanding job in a fast and efficient manner! He had to clean up the mistakes from another company and did it professionally. The previous company said the blower motor needed to be replaced and to do that the joists had to be cut out. Terry took a look at what they left him and within 5 minutes said the problem was a burnt solder joint. He resolved my issue in less than an hour. He is an expert at his work and very professional and easy to talk to. Overall awesome experience with this company!! They are now my preferred HVAC company and Terry has the knowledge and customer focus that any consumer would want.".
