I contracted Goettl to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed in only a few hours (with little impact to my gas and water availability). The craftsmanship is perfect and the system ran flawlessly right from the initial activation. The technicians, Hector Lopez and Caleb Anzalone-Fawcett were polite, efficient and professional. Gary Eisenhauer supervised the operation and also used the work to train the technicians. He ensured all work was done properly and is certainly a very seasoned professional! We’re very pleased with the entire process and outcome and simply can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with the Goettl team! Paul

Goettl came out to asses our heater within a timely manner. Josias was kind, efficient, and very helpful. We ordered a new unit and Jose came to install it. The work was completed promptly the next day. Both technicians were kind and informative.

Camren White was so caring and really tried to help us with everything we needed to get done. Did an amazing job within our budget. Thank you so much from all of our family!

Mind you... This all happened on a Sunday AND not only was there not an extra "weekend" service charge , there wasn't ANY service charge: SHOCKED ... my too!!
In Vegas, the biggest plumbing names have come with the biggest disappointments. After being let down by the "giants" one too many times, I found myself staring at a bathroom sink disaster of my own making. What started as a simple dripping faucet & misaligned handles turned into a localized constant drip under my cabinet once I tried to "fix" it myself.

I called Goettil Air Cond., & Plumbing since I no longer trusted two other leading companies that I have recently used for other unfortunate plumbing issues. I was sort of fearing the worst again but Instead, I got Ryan.

He stepped in, assessed my DIY problem, & went to work. Within a short period of time, the handles were perfectly centered, the leaks were gone, & everything was back to normal. But here’s the kicker: when he finished, Ryan (Goettl) didn't charge me a dime.

In a city where you usually pay just for someone to show up, that level of ethics & goodwill is unheard of. They didn't just fix a leak; they earned a lifelong customer through pure integrity. If you're tired of the other big-name companies overpromising & under-delivering, this is the team to call. This might sound like a paid advertisement, but it's NOT & I wasn't incentivized, just shocked by how well Goettl operates their business. Thank you!!!

Airbender was contacted for a claim on one of my AC units. It hadn’t been working properly and the company scheduled an appointment within a day. Very fast, considering my past experiences with other companies.
They sent out a text communicating what they would need from me for the appointment the day before (very thorough and helpful) and had communication on when the service technician was in route. TL came out, fixed my unit in a timely manner.He was professional, polite, and overall made the process very easy.
I definitely prefer this company to others I’ve dealt with in the past. Will definitely refer and will be using them again if anything ever occurs.

Fantastic service. T.L. and Mike showed up on time, actually five minutes early, and fixed our AC within 15 minutes — two new parts under our Choice Home Warranty. Professional, fast and friendly. I highly recommend these guys.

Nothing like getting that phone call in the middle of a Vegas summer reporting that the AC is out! We called Terry after hours. He was at our house 15 minutes later with a smile on his face. He fixed the AC for a VERY reasonable price, and we have cold air again. I would absolutely recommend these guys. I can’t imagine this process going any smoother. Thank you for the great service! Great company!! My appt was set at 11-3 Terry arrived early, Everyone I have dealt with regarding this company had been Wonderful.

I was very disappointed with this company. Despite their positive reviews, I had a bad experience. I scheduled a technician to come to my house to diagnose an issue. The technician initially told me one thing, but then filed a report to my home warranty company, falsely claiming that a different, non-covered repair was needed, likely to charge extra out-of-pocket costs. It seems they know how to manipulate the situation to get more money from customers. Be cautious and don’t be misled by the good reviews—this seems like another company focused on taking advantage of clients.

Update: In response to the owner's comment, I can confirm that your technician, named 'Jose,' did arrive at my property on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. If you're claiming not to have my property in your system, despite having sent a technician, it only further highlights the disorganization within your company.

I was connected with Airbender through my home warranty company. They were very quick to assign a service time and were even able to come out earlier! Terry, the technician was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to resolve it. I am so grateful as no one wants to be without A/C in Las Vegas in August!!

TL came over to diagnose a problem with our Kinetico water softener and did a great job explaining the issue and walking me through the work that'll need to be done - great experience and I appreciate the help!

TL (Terry) did a great job! He was prompt and explained both what was needed to fix my air conditioner and how my warranty worked. TL worked quickly and was extremely pleasant. My house is cool again!

SCAM AND INSURANCE FRAUD!!Don't use this company

Airbender is a complete joke!
Incompetent techs and staff. Asked for a manager many times and they're never available.
Airbender shorted out one of my units and they submitted to my insurance to cover their mistake. The tech stated I was 2lb low of Freon and Airbender submitted 13lb to over charge me and my insurance.

We had Airbender come fix our AC. Mr. Biggs was responsive and got to our house very quickly. In less than an hour our AC was fixed. He was upfront and honest about the cost of the repairs and gave us a couple of options. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them for you AC needs.
