We had a leak in our bathroom shower so we called these guys and they were just great. The service tech, Camren, arrived the very next day right on time. He was friendly and professional, give us a quote that was reasonable and we feel that everything he did was great.

UPDATE: I originally gave these guys 5 stars but decided to drop it down a bit. While the service tech was wonderful and professional, their prices were in the stratosphere. The quote we got for the job sounded a bit high after I slept on it that night, so I decided to get a second and third opinion. I'm really glad I did. Goettl was not only the highest quote for the job, they were almost twice as much as the next highest quote. This didn't just save us a few bucks, it was about $1,000 so we went with another plumbing service in town that had a 4.9 star rating on Google.

Sorry Goettle, I'm sure you would have done a good job but your prices are just too high.

I recently had the pleasure of having Cameran visit to provide quotes for a water heater replacement, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. From the moment he arrived, Cameran was incredibly personable and made me feel at ease with his friendly demeanor.

Cameran took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between replacing with a traditional tank water heater versus opting for a tankless model. He laid out the pricing and options in a very transparent manner, answering all my questions patiently and ensuring I understood the benefits and costs of each option. This level of transparency was refreshing and much appreciated, as it helped me feel confident in making an informed decision.

Overall, Cameran provided a fantastic experience. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine approach were exceptional, making what could have been a stressful situation both easy and informative. These guys arrived and presented themselves in a professional manner—-both in tone and company attire—which lead to targeted dismantle of the curb and the reinstall of a new one. The crane operator was very efficient as the three worked together harmoniously to complete the task at hand. I went from having leaks throughout my roof where the unit was located, to needing a throw and Hot Honey popcorn by Cretors. Thank you Adrian and crew for a successful job and Brandon for a very thorough inspection and Leo for guiding the ground and the roof and the follow up. job well done!!!

During my maintenance appointment for the Heating unit, technician, Kevin Urrutia found a problem with the air ducts and he explained in detail the issue and the cost. He also explained the repair. It was something unexpected but he managed to get a reasonable price and the repair was scheduled the next day. Kevin Pimentel, Adrian Ceroni and Jose showed as scheduled and worked on the problem. All technicians were courteous and professional and they tested the unit and cleaned the area and answered all questions. Very happy with their work.

Overall a great experience! When I called they were able to send someone out to take a look at the leak in the garage the same day and he fixed it on the spot. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and fixed everything in under an hour. So relieved and thankful for the quick and great service!

Lex came out today to check out my 2 AC units to get ready for summer. The units are almost 20 years old. He gave me some honest feedback on what to expect and showed me what I can do to make them last longer. I really love this company and the people they employ. Highly recommend.

Goettl plumbing came out to replace my tankless water heater and fix some of the plumbing and gas line that was improperly installed. They sent Robert Getman that has decades of experience. He was very meticulously and detail oriented, installed the water heater and brought it to code. I highly recommend Robert and the rest of the team at Goettl Air conditioning and plumbing.

Rodell was so friendly, we had a stubborn shower head that wouldn’t budge that we needed to replace. They came out less than 2 hours after we called.
He was communicative about different steps that would need to be taken if plan A didn’t work so we knew what to expect. We asked questions and he was really patient and willing to listen, genuinely a really nice experience.

Mind you we are apart of their membership….so response time for a non emergency & how quickly they fixed our problem could have been different if we weren’t members…perks, def worth it.

Colten came today and did an inspection of all our water sources in the house. He was very professional and detailed oriented. He pointed out some leaks we had that could have been very costly if they weren't recognized and repaired. He got us a quote and a technician was dispatched to come and make the repairs the same day! Our experience with Goettl as a whole has been amazing. All the technicians that have come to service our plumbing, heating and air have been very professional and explained any issues in detail. Great company and workers!

Ford was awsome, great guy and amazing Tech. He was fair and honest with me. Had Sierra Plumbing out a few days ago and they tried to say my tankless water heater was done and quoted 14 grand to go back to a tank water heater. Ford found the problem flushed my system total cost $700. Thank you so much Ford my family and I really appreciate you!

I contacted Goettl about some AC issues and Daniel Stewart came out and provided troubleshooting of our complete HVAC system. He was very friendly and answered all our questions and provided his assessment of what was needed. He very clearly described what we needed and provided many options from parts replacement to complete replacement of our old system. I felt like he fairly assessed our options and we went forward on a path forward of complete replacement of HVAC. He and his team completed the task the next day to our amazement. We would recommend this team and company to anyone needing HVAC work. They were fantastic workers. Mike G

Had a problem with our shower faucet. After ripping out the faucet and water control to a point that it couldnt be put back on, they came back with a charge of 2300 dollars to replace the shower faucet and some pipe. They showed up 2 hours early which was good. They didn't tighten the shower head pipe so it was loose when I went to take a shower this morning, the faucet handle is loose and dances around on the faucet. The tech also ruined out rug in our bathroom by dropping hot sauder on it. I didn't notice until I took a step on the rug and felt a stabbing on my foot. I would try to find another company if I'm being honest.

What a great service. Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very considerate and made sure to not break tiles walking on the roof. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance visits. We have a membership which makes maintenance visits easy, with so many great perks included. The nice thing is I don't have to remember, when its time for service they call me and schedule it and they are included in the membership. Its paid for itself in one visit and I get monthly credits.

Armando Benuelos came to our home. He was very efficient. He evaluated our system and was super honest. He gave us options as to how we could either replace our entire system or just make repairs for now. His expertise was appreciated. We can(and have already) recommended Goettl and Armando specifically because of his professionalism.

Well at first I was not going to call them,because I had some issues when they installed a new AC for me.But after 10 different plumbers gave me a run a round I decided to call them back and I'm very happy with them.Was a major job thinking and physical and Tee and Zach masters it.Corry did the processing and instead of getting my shower flowing again and ripping walls in Kitchen or bathroom, we decided to get rid of old nasty cast iron tub,and replace it with new one with surround shower. Now after all these years I have new shower and tub.This was a awful time for 1 month, were I should have called these guys first.They were also the only ones to come to my rescue during a heat wave 2 years back when my Ac gave up,they had a new one on my roof the next day.I will absolutely sign up for your membership program,and tell everyone I know how great you guys are.❤️

Khalif Silva-Giersdorf came out to replace my thermostat and did a great job. I recently repainted my walls white and wanted a thermostat that matched better, and he was very helpful in making that happen. He was professional, friendly, and got everything installed smoothly.

We’re so happy and thankful for Goettl. We had an issue with plumbing under our kitchen sink after having our dishwasher replaced. We called on a Sunday and they had a tech dispatched and at our house within an hour. Ryan was really nice and knowledgeable. Once he figured out the issue, it didn’t take him long to fix! They did a real good job on replacing the HVAC unit on roof. Carlos and Jose were friendly and easy to work with. Armando helped to get me a good deal on the new unit.

Thomas is always a pleasure to see. He wears a friendly, awesome smile from his vehicle to the front door. It makes one feel that he is trustworthy, and you can ask him anything about your concerns. Thomas never gives you the rushed time feeling & you just know he did the job he was there for and all his best. He’s is knowledgeable and makes sure if there are any questions before he leaves.
