This week during the March heat wave, our air conditioner system broke down on March 25. We were fortunate enough to contact Jose Mendoza for help, who made time in his schedule for repairs the very next day. I sincerely believe that we could not have found any better HVAC company in Las Vegas. Jose is honest, fair and personable. He did not try to convince us that we needed a whole new system, and proceeded to locate and install a new compressor which more than met our needs. We unconditionally recommend Jose to anyone needing HVAC service.

Jose Mendoza was my technician. His efficient, friendly, honest and detailed diagnosis was beyond outstanding. This was a refreshing surprise to me as my previous company that I used for many years never spent more than 10min on their service checks. The last service was fall 2025 & they insisted that I should save up $750 to be ready to replace the fan motor this April (they did replace the fan less than 3yrs ago) .
Not to make this review any longer I want people to be cautious of fraud.

Not only did Jose spend over two hours taking everything apart, washing the unit & checking the fans , he found my unit in perfect working condition. Very difficult to find transparent, trustworthy & priced appropriately companies. Needless to say I will be calling Vegas HVAC for any future issues.
