This company cares. I had my gas dryer vents plug of lint, Mr. Rogelio and assistant showed up on time, did the job clean. Later he took the time to show me my Air Conditioning ducts and recommended to clean. I made an appointment to take care of it. Again they show on time. They showed me how dusty and how dirty things were, took the time, did an excellent job. Thank you Joseph the mgr., Rogelio for coming back and his assistant. Be sure to know this is a very good Company.

AMAZING results! We had to really push our property management to get this duct cleaning service done for us at the house we're renting, and I'm SO happy it got approved! Our home has never felt this cool in FOUR years! Apparently, regular maintenance like this isn't something that national property management companies think about, but as a renter it has made all the difference for us. Don't sweat out another Vegas summer without this service. I was skeptical at the price at first, but believe me, it's worth every penny! These guys were super nice and totally professional. They take the time to answer any questions too. This isn't that fake "$7.99 per vent" type service on the back of a Smith's receipt. Those guys do nothing. THESE guys clean everything out from the furnace to the inside of all the duct work of your HVAC system. Again, it feels SO cold in our home now!

J&J's explained everything in thorough detail over the phone, and they were easy to schedule with. They gave a reasonable time quote, called in the morning, and showed up on time. They were very friendly, and even showed me before and after images of some of the ducts, and showed me the main vent. Their pricing was reasonable and I could tell they did an excellent job. Definitely a trustworthy company!

These hvac contractors actually showed up when they said they would, huge deal for me after getting ghosted by two other companies. Gave me three different options with no pressure, explained energy rebates I qualified for, and scheduled the job the following week. The installation team was professional, wore booties inside, and even fixed a duct that was leaking without charging extra. System has been flawless through this entire heat wave. Finally found contractors I can trust.

Our air conditioning repair situation was a nightmare, unit was 15 years old and making horrible grinding noises. Found Spectrum online and they sent someone the same afternoon. The tech spent almost two hours diagnosing everything properly instead of just trying to sell me a new system. Turned out to be the blower motor. He had the part on his truck and fixed it in under an hour. Been running perfectly quiet for three weeks now. My electric bill even dropped about $40 this month. Professional, honest, and actually care about fixing things right. Highly recommend for any air conditioning repair needs.

Living in this brutal Texas heat, my AC decided to die right before a family reunion. I called Spectrum AC Repairs at 8pm on a Friday and they had a tech at my house by 9:30. The guy was super polite, explained everything without talking down to me, found the bad capacitor in minutes and had the whole system blowing ice cold again before midnight. Price was exactly what they quoted on the phone, no surprise fees. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with any repair company. My house stayed cool all weekend and everybody was comfortable. Will never call anyone else for AC problems. Thank you so much!

Just had a complete new system put in by the hvac installers from Spectrum AC Repairs and I'm beyond impressed. They removed the ancient unit in my attic, installed a high-efficiency Trane with all new ductwork in one long day. The crew was respectful, covered every surface with drop cloths, and cleaned up so well you'd never know they were here. My house is noticeably quieter and cools so much faster. The zoning they suggested works perfectly for our bedroom wing. Worth every penny.

Extremely unprofessional, just a giant upsell for the first minute. Do not trust a word that they say!

Robert gave me a second opinion after I was quoted for a new blower motor. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked his magic to find my blower motor wasn’t the issue. It was just a capacitor. What almost cost me over a thousand dollars was a simple repair! Thank you Robert!

I bought a new home in The Ridges. Mr. Manring was the home's HVAC contractor. He set up three rooms on the same HVAC system, and today there is a 20-degree difference between those two areas. Mr. Manring's first response was to say that his supervisor "forgot" to put a return vent in one of those rooms. So, he installed a return vent. It didn't fix the problem.

Moreover, he aborted his first attempt at a return vent, and never did anything to patch the drywall.

Mistakes happen, but how a provider responds to the mistakes is what's important. In this case, he did not fix his mistakes.

I phoned them to fix my heater, and they came right away. The HVAC contractor quickly figured out what was wrong. The repair was done in a professional way. My heater is operating as it did when it was new. Overall, great HVAC service.
